I think one of the strongest points of this Airbnb is the location, although you have to navigate windy roads, you find yourself at the very top of Malibu; the epic views and peaceful vibe make it well worth the drive. The Airbnb sits beneath the main house; although it is private, you are not detached. I had no issue as the host Nicholas is a wonderful man, a great communicator, and was very helpful. A blissful stay for me!

Sandy's place is in a charming older neighborhood within walking distance to beach , restaurants and sights. The information Sandy provides is helpful. There was a light glitch getting into the apartment, but that was resolved quickly. The apartment we stayed in is on the smaller size, but is updated and comfortable with everything we needed. We enjoyed the rooftop garden, watching the birdlife on the waterway out the back door, and the outdoors flower gardens at the house and in the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out! Our stay at James’ place couldn’t have been better. He was super communicative and the location was phenomenal, just steps from the beach and so many fun things to do in SB. Would love to come back!

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Although the place was obviously older, they did a great job with decorating it and updating it. Jason was great and very responsive during the stay as well.

My family and I loved our stay at Rico’s and Cinzia’s place! The apartment is beautiful, spacious and conveniently located. The hosts provided very clear instructions for our late check-in, helping us settle in very smoothly. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan’s place, we’re a couple with a young child. A great location and a lovely space, incredibly comfortable with high-end appliances and fittings. Lots of attention to detail, literally everything we could have needed was available. Highly recommend!

Beautiful view with decks on 2 levels. there was also a private sunny back yard to relax in. we really appreciated the early check in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in this lovely home!! The pictures do not do justice to how lovely the different gardens are which surround the side and back yards or what care has been given to a simple, but lovely design inside. Two couples were more than comfortable and we all enjoyed the fire table and the hot tub which worked great. Hilary was very helpful and responsive - we highly recommend and look forward to returning!

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Extremely happy with our stay. The location was exactly what we were looking for, it was easy to walk to the beach and areas we wanted to. A quick drive to markets and restaurants, and not far from other beaches we wanted to visit. The hot tub was perfect after the long walks and days. The beds were soft and plush. Full kitchen and laundry so we came home with no dirty laundry to do. So nice. We will stay again. Thank you for everything. We appreciated it so much.

This house had everything we needed! It was great to be able to walk to state street where there were endless restaurants and shopping. Inside was cozy and comfortable and parking in the back was easy to access. Blake was also very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

This house worked great as a home base for our day trips to the Channel Islands. The kitchen was well-stocked, the rooms worked well for our kids, and the upstairs primary suite was large and comfortable. We would love to come back!

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

Norma and Uni truly went above and beyond. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any queries and catering to our needs. Their attentiveness and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
