L’ambiente offre un perfetto connubio tra lo stile rustico, con i suoi dettagli autentici e accoglienti, e un tocco di raffinata eleganza che rende ogni spazio estremamente piacevole da vivere. Uno dei punti forti è senza dubbio il camino, che crea un’atmosfera intima e rilassante, ideale per riposarsi dopo una giornata lavorativa (l'ho utilizzato durante il periodo invernale). Inoltre, la casa è dotata di ogni utensile immaginabile, perfettamente organizzato, per soddisfare ogni necessità: dalla cucina agli accessori per la pulizia, non manca davvero nulla. Anche la doccia, poi, merita una menzione speciale: spaziosa e con un multi-getto rigenerante. Concludo includendo anche un parcheggio e super mercato a pochi passi.

Paola è stata molto gentile e molto disponibile con noi. Eravamo in 10 e ci siamo trovati benissimo dato che la casa è bellissima, molto completa e spaziosa. Abbiamo passato un bellissimo capodanno con degli amici e ci piacerebbe molto tornare. Grazie Paola per la flessibilità nell'orario di check-in e nella disponibilità per aiutarci con le decorazioni. Super consigliato!

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

Alloggio confortevole caldo e molto pulito. Biancheria a disposizione. Ilenia host premuroso e discreto. La mattina della nostra partenza nevicava e il suo papà è addirittura uscito a spalare il vialetto. Torneremo sicuramente!

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Chalet befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und malerischen Gegend. Die Gastgeberin Rosanna war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Der große Garten hat unseren Hunden sehr gefallen. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen – vielen Dank, Rosanna, wir empfehlen es sehr weiter.

Carmen è stata super gentile, ci ha accolto come fossimo di famiglia, ci ha perfino regalato le uova delle sue galline e fatto trovare il necessario per la colazione. La casa è molto grande con una stube che scalda molto bene ed è dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, grazie Carmen!

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

El departamento es muy cómodo. Fuimos en invierno y no pudimos aprovechar mucho la terraza. El baño es muy amplio y con buenas instalaciones. El colchón estaba muy bien y de buenas dimensiones. Hay algunos negocios y un supermercado grande en cercanías. La caminata al centro de la ciudad es relativamente corta y agradable.

The owner and staff of this apartment really care about your stay and comfort. Venice navigating is hard…but everyone including every local we encountered tried to be helpful. Visitors are out of their comfort zones. Venetians have been hosts for over 500 years. It shows. Thank you.

This really is a beautiful place to stay. Claudia and her family are the most perfect hosts. The apartment will not disappoint you, you have everything you need exceptionally clean and in perfect condition. Comfortable bed, AC for warmer days, great kitchen and shower room. It is a jewel and with the added bonus of the private well maintained garden. We highly recommend a stay here if you want the perfect Venice experience. THANK YOU Claudia

We had a wonderful time at Claudia’s place. It’s beautiful house close to train station , vaporrate and other attractions but yet away from rush of the city. Our family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and host is very friendly. House was super clean and had all the necessary items which we needed.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe des Bahnhofs. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir können Amelias Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

The location is perfect close to San Marcos square. I solely booked for the rooftop terrace and location. It’s a unique space on the top floor of the building. The space has basically 3 levels. Great use of space with charm. It’s exactly as described and my family had a very pleasant stay. The host was very proactive, responsive, and also sent several tips and recommendations.

チェックインはわかりやすく周辺施設の情報やヴェネツィアまで行くためのバス停などの情報も提供してもらえました。キッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあったので快適に過ごせました。ヴェネツィアまでは家から約30分でつきますので、3泊の滞在中，毎日バスで向かうのにも苦になりませんでした。 ホストのジェシカは滞在中、いつも私たちを気にかけてくれました。ヴェネツィアの滞在にお勧めできるお家です。

Ein wunderbares Apartment in einer perfekten Lage. Direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit Restaurants,Supermarkt und Bars aber trotzdem sehr sehr ruhig. Frühstückskaffee (Goppion) direkt vor der Tür und zu empfehlen. Nach dem Tag in Vendig oder auf den wunderschönen Insel kamen wir mit Freude in das Apartment und konnten sofort abschalten. Die Dachterrassen sind einfach unglaublich und haben den ganzen Tag Sonne. Wir haben diese gerne zum entspannen genutzt um den Tag zu beenden oder eine Pause vor dem Abendessen zu machen. Es ist alles blitzsauber und gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Elena ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin. Sehr zuverlässig und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. Amazing place with a terrace offering wonderful views of Venice! Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. Spacious room, well-lit dining room, tv area with skylight, and well-equipped kitchen. Would return if ever back in Venice!

Olivia and Andre were fantastic hosts! Our inbound flight was delayed, but they were flexible in getting us checked in on a holiday. The Palazzo was beautiful and very walkable with easy access to the Train Station, boats, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Buena relación con el precio. Muy cerca de la Plaza de San Marcos, con agua caliente ideal para el invierno. Es pequeño para cuatro personas con muchas maletas, pero la descripción del anuncio fue exacta y menciona claramente su tamaño, así como también menciona que hay escaleras que subir. Su cercanía, precio y amenidades hacen que sea muy buena opción.
