This little place in the mountains is so cute!!!’ It was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The hot tub was great after hikes. It was close to everything and had everything we needed!!

Scott was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. we really enjoyed the condo and had plenty of space for 2 adults. Excellent location! Bed was very comfortable which was a huge bonus.

It was simply magnificent. Ham and Terry were excellent hosts. They provided us with great accommodations and were incredibly kind. They were amazing with our giant dog as well. We’ll be back soon.

This place was amazing and the backyard was beautiful. We had a blast. It's not too far from all of the restaurants and activities/attractions in pigeon forge. Takes about 30-40 mins to get to everything. The hot tub was the cherry on top. I 100% will be back !

Easy to locate, minutes from the parkway, easy room access, friendly host

El lugar estaba súper limpio y la decoración súper acogedora , lo único es que es más pequeño que en las fotos pues sería ideal para una pareja y sus hijos pequeños pero no para 4 Adultos. Por lo demás todo espectacular

This place is great! The condo matched all the pictures and descriptions. It's in a safe area with plenty of parking. It was so much nicer than staying at a motel or hotel on the Expressway in downtown Gatlinburg. The price was cheaper and it felt more like a home than a hotel room. Being on the first floor near the parking lot made it very easy to load and unload the car. You can easily walk to a lot of the restaurants and attractions. The walk to the middle of Gatlinburg is managable, but if you are going to the south end of town, I suggest going early and find free parking along River Rd. While Gatlinburg is commercialized, it feels more like a town in the Smoky Mountains than Pigeon Forge. It's location also puts you closer to all the adventures in the Smokies. We would definitely stay here again!!

Jadina, Is an absolute awesome host she responds quickly. She’s very helpful with recommendations. The house is beautifully decorated. Open floorplan. Makes you feel right at home. We like it so much we will be returning in September and this will be our third time staying in one of her homes. Definitely would recommend to all my friends and family.

Place was a lot bigger then what the pictures make it seem. Very large kitchen and living room. Family friendly with toys, games, and books for kids. Everything you may need is available. Wide open yard also if you have pets.

You know how you've look at about 100 places by now? You can stop. Pick this one. It's clean and spacious. The game room is perfect for icky weather or late nights. The hottub is great (well the whole deck is really). It's located right off the parkway. The neighborhood is quiet. It also is not hard to get to. (We've gotten stuck in a cabin driveway before because of the terrain this one is actually accessible for all vehicles). If we come back we'd stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Blue Oasis at Douglas Lake. It’s in a quiet, country setting with some winding roads to get there, but it was worth it for the peaceful vibes. Still close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to make day trips super easy. Kimberly was an awesome host—super responsive and helpful. The place had everything we needed, including easy-to-use WiFi and a keypad lock. The kids got a kick out of talking to Alexa, and having a washer and dryer came in handy. All in all, a cozy spot to relax and recharge. Would definitely consider staying again!

The road getting to the property is only about 10 mins from the Parkway. It did lack appeal, but the property drive and parking area was all good. It is a tight fit to pull up and unload your vehicle because no other car can fit through. We quickly unpacked and then backed out to the front entrance parking space. There is no assigned area for your dog to use the bathroom and the hillside this unit is on, makes things difficult. We hoped not to slip and slide while finding some grassy areas by the front parking pads to walk our dog. There is no place to let your dog run. The unit was very nice, very clean, very modern. Many little extras where waiting on us, so that was nice. The front door key pad relocks everytime you go in and out, so do not forget the door code or your phone inside or you could have a real problem. We enjoyed our stay and felt it was peaceful and quiet.

We loved our stay at Hilltop! The house was very clean, check-in was simple, and Brian was very responsive (one of the remotes needed some batteries & Brian was there with some within minutes). My kids loved the outdoor play equipment and we all enjoyed the fire pit with everything we needed to make s’mores already there for us. 5 stars, would stay here again. Thanks, Brian & Tina!

Great location! Loved that there was a keurig with a variety of k cup flavor offerings :) clean space. Had shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in the shower which was a pleasant surprise. Would stay here again for sure!

This is the second time I rented this amazing home. It is a wonderful place to rent. The location is great, the neighborhood is lovely and the amenities of the home are fantastic. We LOVED the theater room, cooking on the grill and having a meal outside and the hot tub! The communication with the host is top tier and everything went very smooth checking in and out. I cannot recommend this place enough!

The condo was very clean and neat and what really made our stay wonderful was the bedding OMG 1st time we ever slept on a mattress that soft and puffy as well as the pillows. The hostess was very responsive to our needs. Oh and the walk to downtown Gatlinburg was just minutes away. Will I recommend their condo yes will I be returning yes if they allow us🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Fern’s place. Very clean & suitable for 2 people. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would stay there again.

Suite serenity is beautiful! This is our second time staying here and it’s so close to downtown Gatlinburg. It is walking distance to everything which we love and made us come back. We will most definitely be staying here for a third time!

PERFECT LOCATION! The condo is right near the beginning of the strip, but is on a side road right behind it so best of both worlds. There is a nice creek to walk by on the way to the main strip. There is restaurants, shopping, etc in walking distance. You can tell the condo building itself is a little older, but inside the condo has been maintained and updated very nicely. Has everything you need and the price was great compared to similar in the area! We will be returning in the future.

Clean and cozy. Enough room for my family of six. Not far from Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Very lovely and spacious home with two king sized, comfortable beds. They provided a lot of towels and appliances including washer and dryer. The home is located up on a hill, so it's not very walkable to downtown Gatlinburg. However, it is located very close to the entrance of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park so it is still very convenient to stay here and drive to the Smoky Mountains. You can also still drive down in a couple of minutes to nearby parking lots and pay $10 for parking and explore downtown. We would highly recommend this place for families.

stunning little condo nestled high in the Smoky mountains. my daughter and I stayed here for our spring break vacation and we both loved it. it was exactly what I was looking for, for our trip away. the condo is on the small side but it was the perfect amount of space for us. make note that this is way up on the mountain. I was a little nervous about the drive but it's what I wanted for our stay. after the first initial drive up and down, I was good with the steep and curvy roads. make sure your ok with that too!! trust me- the view is WORTH every penny!!! a cup of coffee and a smoky mountain sunrise goes a long way for the soul. condo was relatively clean. many towels for use and small packages of essentials if needed (shampoo, body wash, lotion, etc) pillows were a little hard and I wished for a few more blankets but honestly those are all personal preferences which should be accomadated by the renter if they need something specific. location was wonderful. views....chefs kiss.
