Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con jacuzzi en Pigneto, Roma

L' appartamento e' in una ottima posizione, vicino al parco dell' Appia antica, villa Lazzaroni e la metro A a 10 minuti a piedi. Vicino alla via commerciale via Appia Nuova ma non nel mezzo del trambsto. L'appartamento e' spazioso e luminoso, dotato di tutto il necessario (inclusi set di cortesia di saponi vari, spugne e tutto quello che serve in un appartamento). Un elogio particolare ad Antonietta, host insieme ad Andrea, che oltre alla flessibilita' nel venire incontro ad ogni esigenza, reagisce praticamente tutti i giorni e in tutti gli orari in un batter d' occhio. Grazie mille!

Valerio è stato molto gentile e super disponibile, la casa è molto carina e con un grande spazio esterno, godibile soprattutto con temperature più calde. siamo stati bene

Mooi ruim verblijf met een heerlijke tuin! Op 7 minuten lopen van een metro. Binnen een half uur sta je bij het colosseum. Heerlijk om een beetje achteraf te zitten! Zat eetgelegenheden in de buurt. We hadden alleen wat problemen met de boiler en moesten soms wel 10 minuten wachten tot de douche warm was, maar verder alles top!

Ho alloggiato nell'appartamento di Sara per la seconda volta, anche se per poco tempo, ho ritrovato esattamente la stessa disponibilità mostrata la prima volta. Appartamento molto curato e in zona tranquillissima, abbastanza ben connesso con la città.

L’une des meilleures expériences Airbnb qu’on a eu 👌 accueil exceptionnel très chaleureux avec deux bières et des petites spécialités italiennes .. logement propre, avec tout ce qui est nécessaire même un petit lit pour notre bébé.. avec deux grandes terrasses , où on mangeait le soir c’était très agréable 🤩 le logement est bien situé à proximité de bus ( 62 - 61- 495…) metros( Ligne B) et tram (3) franchement on se baladait toute la journée avec une poussette dès qu’on était fatigué on trouvait à chaque fois un bus ou tram ou métro.. sans publier toutes les recommandations de Angelo qui nous ont beaucoup servis , merci merci merci pour tout nous allons revenir c’est sur et nous recommandons les yeux fermés le logement d’Angelo👍🤩😊

logement conforme aux photos présentées, voire plus grand en réalité que sur les photos ; très propres et confortable, le logement est très silencieux et très reposant ; les échanges avec Asia ont été très clair, avec une attention apportée très rassurante, malgré la barrière de la langues entre nous. Staying at this gem of a villa in Piana del sole (just 20minutes from the centre of Rome) was the perfect weekend getaway from the stress of the city! The jacuzzi worked wonderfully and the outdoor lounge area was very pretty and accommodating. The interior part of the house looked much better than the pictures, so my only criticism would be to take some new pictures to show off how nice it is 🤗 All in all would 100% stay again.

Fabio was an amazing host. Incredibly kind and helpful! He waited for us at the Airbnb and showed us all in detail. Thanks for the goodies lefts for us!!! He was of great help to find public transport into the tourist sites which we really appreciated!! The house was just ABSOLUTELY impecable, very modern (a rare find in Rome!!!!) and soooo spacious!! There were 8 of us and we never felt on top of each other! It takes a bit of time and knowledge to sort out transport but once done, it is very easy to get into the city. We took the bus 31 towards EUR Magliana metro (if you get up early you can use their $1.50 euro carpark) and then metro it very quickly everywhere. The only issue is that the buses were unreliable but once on the metro it was SUPER EASY! Thanks so much Fabio! We highly recommend this Airbnb to all!!

appartamentino grazioso ,tranquillo, pulito . Peccato di esserci andato in questa stagione e non aver potuto usate la piscina, è davvero carina. Host gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Lovely villa, easy to find and place was a lot bigger than you’d expect and was great for the kids to have space with the pool. Hosts were great and responsive to any queries. Quite well suited for things like shops, few restaurants in area as well although we opted for a couple takeaways as easier with having the kids with us when we were there which was easy enough to do. We originally were planning on staying in center of Rome but rented a car and stayed here, best decision we made as it allowed us to travel around to places like Pompeii and there is a lake not far with loads of small towns to visit. Would advise anyone renting a car to look into the ZTL boundaries for Rome, we were only made aware by the sat nav making a passing comment but it was no issue as only really applies to parts of the center. Overall a great experience and Rome/surrounding areas are surreal.

**Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – einfach traumhaft!** Die Villa hat all unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Schon beim Betreten war klar: Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung im Inserat – wenn nicht sogar besser. Unsere Gastgeber waren außergewöhnlich herzlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit darum bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein liebevoll vorbereiteter Korb mit Frühstücksutensilien und hochwertigem Kaffee – eine wundervolle Geste, die sofort für Wohlfühlatmosphäre sorgte. Die Sauberkeit der Villa war schlichtweg makellos – ich habe selten eine so perfekt gereinigte Unterkunft erlebt. Hier stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Der Außenbereich ist ein absoluter Traum: Ein wunderschöner Grillplatz mit typisch italienischem Flair, ein gepflegter Pool mit gemütlichen Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einen Großen Dank an die Gastgeber unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als Übertroffen

La casa davvero spaziosa e con tutto l’occorrente per passare un piacevole soggiorno. Adattissima a gruppi numerosi (noi eravamo in 10 persone)! Non vicinissima al centro di Roma ma che, con un po’ di organizzazione, risulta comunque facile da raggiungere! L’Host gentilissimo in quanto è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze!

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

Fabio and his mother were fabulous hosts. Their villa was welcoming and clean with amazing views of Rome from the living room. We enjoyed Frascati, Rome, and other small towns nearby. Train was easily accessible. Restaurants and vino terrific! Staying at the villa made our family vacation a wonderful memory! Grazie Fabio ! We may return in the near future!

What a wonderful place to stay! Surrounded by beautiful countryside, it was a dream location. Quite but with free use of the pool and other areas. All of the staff up at the main house, were amazingly helpful and friendly, we ate a wonderful breakfast there every day. My daughter also enjoyed a couple of riding lessons!

Ottimo soggiorno, location immersa nel verde e ben curata. Andrea è stato gentilissimo e disponibile per consigli e check-in. Consigliato!
