We are always looking for someplace that is literally in the middle of nowhere. This would be the place that was exactly what we were looking for. About 30 minutes outside of Payson down a windy Mountain Road and then 3 miles of dirt road. After that, you come upon this beautiful cabin on the water. There are some neighbors that I do believe they are probably vacation homes as we only saw two people the entire time we were there, and they were across the other side of the water. Like he states this is an old cabin, but I think that helps with the charm of being in a secluded location. As others have stated yes the driveway is steep but nothing that’s not manageable. Brian was very communicative and even helped with some local antique stores to visit . He even has adorable vintage and antique touches all over the house. We would absolutely stay here again.

This is a quiet, comfortable lower level walkout home. Everything you need is available. The covered patio is a great place for morning coffee or a bbq in the evening on the family size gas grill. Our only advice is about parking . It is a very steep driveway. Our midsize SUV was difficult to park in the designated spot. As seniors, the optional parking spot at the bottom of driveway meant a steep climb up to the entry door, but I don’t think it would be an issue for younger adults or families. I recommend this Air BnB.

This cabin is officially our "go to" in Payson. This Beautiful home fits our whole family comfortably. Every board game you can imagine and very fun spot for kids of all ages. The kitchen has all the cookware you would need. Beautiful views and close to town although it feels so secluded. We love Laura's place and hope to come back again as we weekend vacation in Payson a lot.

We were in town for a quick trip and instead of feeling like a place to crash, Danielle’s cabin felt like a home away from home. Danielle was incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. 10/10 place to stay, and very pet friendly.

This is the 3rd time staying at this house and we love it!! Nice and roomy, fits us perfectly….3 bathrooms is nice when trying to get everyone ready! Always a great place to stay, feels like home, comfortable couches, ping pong for the kids! Looking forward to next year staying here again!!

We have a wonderful time at Moxy Cabin! The view was incredible, it was clean and the perfect stay for our family. We would definitely book again!

Amazing place to stay right between Phoenix & Sedona! We booked for a weekend stay and the hosts made everything so easy with self check/in as our plane arrived late at night. We will absolutely be rebooking with the hosts in the future!

We used this space for a girls weekend! Super fun and very relaxing!! Used the hot tub and back porch for some good relaxing! TV worked great as well! Took a little finessing to figure out heating and cooling because it’s the time of year where it’s hotter during the day, cooler at night, but ended up working out great! It’s close to shops and local restaurants while also being more secluded in a cute neighborhood! There were SOME lower ceilings, so if you’re a super tall person (I’d say over 6’2”) some of the beds and the shower might not be comfortable, but not impossible to fit in! And there’s several beds that WOULD work. Our tallest person was 5’9” and we all fit great! Danielle and her co host were super responsive and we are grateful they were there, even though we pretty much didn’t need any help which is also awesome!

We had a wonderful stay at Gretchen’s cabin! The place was cute, cozy, and very well maintained. It had everything we needed and was perfectly stocked for a comfortable stay. Gretchen was a fantastic host; friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The neighborhood is super cute and peaceful, with plenty to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing getaway!
