Our spacious home is nestled at the top of Rose Mountain in The Catskills, perfect for a family retreat. Approximately 2.5 hour drive from New York City and only 10 minutes from Belleayre. Spend your time relaxing in our cabin with the seclusion and privacy of 5 acres of forest and meadow. Our property runs along a small creek in Big Indian, NY, with sweeping views of Slide Mountain. Centered in the middle of the Catskills its easy to explore many local restaurants and bars within an hour drive.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Hidden, fully renovated, modernized cabin off Rte 28 in Big Indian. Located on 5 acres of private forest, down a long driveway, with a private wrap around deck, outdoor dining + firepit + indoor fireplace. Catskills Mountain House with a Separate Cottage on a Creek

Beautifully furnished & charming with plenty of outdoor space to play around, have a fire, grill- and beautiful barn. A small stream runs on the edge of the property, perfect to sit beside, and a guest cottage with extra sleeping space (queen, trundle and aerobeds/ bathroom). It's full of unique, hand-crafted and antique furnishing and decor, (fun-fact, former residence of Freakonomics author Stephen Dubner). You'll have free range of the whole place! The Birch Creek Mountain House is a beautiful newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath 2400 sq. ft. home on Birch Creek. Only 3 minutes to Belleayre Mountain and the new high-speed Gondola. You will love listening to the sound of Birch Creek in the backyard or sitting by the warm fire in the Great Room. There is hiking, skiing, biking and fishing nearby with a quick walk to Belleayre Beach. Only 2 hrs. 15 mins. from NYC, it's the perfect place to escape and relax with family and friends.

The home offers the perfect combination of seclusion and convenience. During the day, take advantage of the local hiking, skiing, farmer's markets, restaurants and shopping.
