This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

The experience was amazing, the location was perfect near the beach and the property had all the amenities, very comfortable, with gas stations, bars and restaurants right next to the property and the attention of the hosts was excellent, always attentive if we needed anything to make our experience excellent. Recommended.

What we enjoyed most about Shiloh's place was its close proximity to the Gulf and Sunset Beach. We walked from the property to the beach on numerous occasions, especially to watch the sunset. We also walked and rode are bikes to Fred Howard Park which was close by and also into Tarpon Springs, and onto the Pinellas Trail. The house was as described, and well stocked with all we needed. The newer washer/dryer came in very handy. Shiloh was very quick to respond, as we had an issue with a patio fan; and she had the fan replaced while we were there at no inconvenience to us. WE would return to this property!

This was our family’s second stay at Eric’s house and it was everything that we remembered from the first! So comfortable for our family of 4- enough privacy for the teens with an amazing outdoor space for all of us to be together! From morning coffee watching the birds to evenings listening to the fish jump with fun pool time in between… we enjoyed our time and will be back!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

The perfect spot! The location is right on the beach and had everything you'd need for a day in the sun! The kitchen is stocked with almost everything you'd need minus fresh ingredients, reasonable check-out process, and absolutely beautiful views. We could not be happier and plan to revisit! Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful. Lots of room for all of us. The Golf cart available for rental was well worth the extra money. The kids loved it. The Golf of Mexico was really only a 10 minute walk. You could see the water from the house. The house was clean and Elzbieta answered any questions we had right away. The pool area was wonderful. We had a blast playing in it with the kids. The only thing I could complain about was there was hardly enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and only 2 laundry pods for the 6 days we were there. Other than that it was great!! This was by far the best day we've had with Airbnb so far!! The house was so perfect for the price and the little amenities were so nice! They had yard games for kids to play and extra blow ups for the pool it was just such a lovely experience. The host was very responsive and understanding for adjustments that needed to be made or giving information I really enjoyed this stay!!

We had an amazing stay. The house was in a perfect location. The place was very clean and had all the necessities. It was close to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Mikes Pizza and Pub and Kooky Coconut were great places to order from. My kids loved the pool and the nature park that was within walking distance. Beach toys, umbrellas and chairs were provided by the host. My family can’t wait to come back!

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

This house was exactly what we needed. We had two families staying here with 4 kids. The bunk beds and play were was perfect for them. The pool was very clean and kept up

We stayed in the house for Spring break, 3 adults and 2 kids. Loved the house, lots of room for the 2 and 6 year old to play. Pool was a hit , private with lots of room outside. Saw manatees, turtles, fish and birds off of the dock. Thanks for a great vacation stay.

We had a beautiful and relaxing week vacation at Gracielle and Jeffrey’s place. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and easy to find. Upon arrival it was spotless and just as pictured in the listing. The beds were quite comfortable and I loved the white noise machine with multiple sounds ~ we chose to listen to the ocean for the week! I enjoyed my morning coffee in the screened in porch watching my husband practice his putting on the putting green. Good thing there was a shed/pool room that housed a sofa and tv so he could watch the Masters. Throughout the week we enjoyed the heated pool or went to the public beach access points at Redington Beach or Madeira Beach which were only a 5 minute drive away. Beach chairs, umbrella and bag were there for using. We only ate out 1 meal a day. There were plenty of spices, new pots & pans, and a grill to use. We even enjoyed the propane fire pit. Great place, conveniently located. Definitely saving this stay for the future! Thank you!

A truly fabulous home. The description in the listing were spot on but even better in person. The view of watching boats go by in the canal, the beautiful salt water pool and outdoor kitchen with a TV, plus the large 85" TV in great room all made this is an exceptional find. We used the kayak's, bikes and fishing poles. Amazing sunrise and sunsets can be viewed from front and back of house. George supplied all paper products, coffee pods and spices which were a great surprise and very much appreciated. The house is fenced in so we didn't have to worry about our little dog running around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for opening your house to us!

This stay was in the top 3 best AirBnB stays I've had. The beach was even closer than they described, the restaurants in the area were delicious, and the rooms themselves were even better in person than photos. When they say pet friendly - they mean it. There are fenced side yards to contain your dog's away from the common area, but the villas themselves are completely fenced as well. They also included a small pet kit in case something was missed in packing. The courtyard was exquisite. It was perfectly shaded, completely peaceful and our family had an incredible and relaxing week at the villa. Ive already given the villa information to anyone planning a Florida get away.

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

What a great location - both inside and out. Be it the pool for the kids to swim. Be it the boat deck to cast the rod while enjoying a cold one after a day at the beach. Be it putting on a couple of racks of ribs on the traeger pellet smoker. Be it it the biggest tv ive ever seen to watch the game. be it the awesome kitchen to gather the fam around This place has it all. And if something isnt right the host will respond quick to get it sorted Ill be back next year. Thats for sure

Great place and location is fabulous. Our hosts made us feel like family. Very thoughtful, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Loved everything about this place.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great; the beach, grocery stores, and several restaurants were about 5 minutes away. We booked this house for the backyard and it was our favorite part of the house. We spent most of our time outdoors lounging, eating meals, and enjoying the pool. While the pool is small, it was actually perfect for my toddlers. The house was very clean and the bed was decently comfortable. They also provided all the necessary amenities, provided all the beach essentials, and even had board games. The hosts were very responsive and took care of any reported issues immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It has a great open floor plan and they have everything you need for your stay. The screened in areas are also really nice to enjoy the view. Response time is fast and check in was so easy. We will definitely be back.
