We stayed for just one night, but it was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was beautifully designed with so many unique details that gave it a stylish and cozy vibe. The rooftop was spacious and perfect for relaxing it felt like our own private oasis in the city. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi it was clean, comfortable, and made the stay feel extra luxurious. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available if we needed anything. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in Athens! --- Want it to sound more casual, romantic, or professional? I can tweak it.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need to cook. The backyard was a peaceful oasis to relax after exploring in Athens. The neighborhood had a great grocery store and a fun playground just a block away. 100% recommend.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit schönen Einrichtungsdetails, vielen praktischen Geräten und Dingen. Auch der Außenbereich war sehr schön und lauschig gestaltet, wie eine kleine Oase. Etwas näher am Strand, dann wäre die Wohnung perfekt.

Simply incredible. One of the most beautiful spaces we have ever seen. The design was unique, and the atmosphere was perfectly cured. The lighting, architecture, and every single element cultivated a true sense of well-being. The location was also amazing, being 2 minutes away from the Ancient Agora and 10/15 mins from the Acropolis! Furthermore, Ioannis was an exceptional host, and provided clear and helpful tips for navigating the city. This is the absolute number one spot to stay in Athens, believe me!!! Exceptional Stay! This is the kind of place you'll want to return to—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the iconic treasures of Athens, which we did each evening. Just steps away from shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful escape from the city's buzz. High end home, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, blending in historical Athens with modern comforts. It had that WOW factor when we walked in the door. Everything you could need for a short or extended stay has been carefully considered and provided. The hosts were amazing—clearly passionate about both their city and this stunning property. They were quick to respond to any questions and offered fantastic recommendations upon our arrival. They even helped us book with a trusted local company for both our arrival and departure. The villa was absolutely stunning and Kyriakos was an amazing host! He was very helpful, friendly and informative. The villa is exactly like the photos and the views are outstanding from every window! 10/10! Would highly recommend and would love to come back in the future!!

True luxury in magnificent surroundings. Made for a perfect location for our family reunion. An unforgettable holiday. Tasos, the host, has been attentive and generous without ever feeling overbearing - top rate hospitality!

Definitely worth it for a group trip! Lots of beds and rooms, the host’s caretaker Fotis and his wife made great food for our group one night despite short notice for that request. Tennis court and rackets not wimbledon class exactly, but worked for the purpose of shooting some balls back and forth for casual fun. Hot water a bit tricky to get running, but otherwise everything worked out great. A bargain, especially for a group of ~10. The host Kostas was friendly, accommodated requests and answered promptly.

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber. Der Pool und der Meerblick sind fantastisch. Mit einem Mietwagen sind die Strände und Athen gut erreichbar.

Wir waren 4 Tage in Athen, in Stavroulas wunderschöner Villa, um Verwandtschaft zu besuchen und zwei mitgereisten Athen Neulingen die Stadt zu zeigen. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus lässt an Ausstattung und Komfort keinen Wunsch offen und wir haben besonders die gemütliche Terrasse mit nebengelegenem Pool und den schönen Garten genossen. Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge in die historische Innenstadt ( fußläufig ca 20 min von der Metro, die einen in knapp 30 min an den Monastiraki bringt ), einer Fahrt nach Marathon ans Meer oder einer Erkundungstour in nahe Stadtteile wie Maroussi oder Chalandri. Stavroula ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns mit Snacks und Getränken empfangen, sich regelmäßig versichert, dass es uns gut geht und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had the most perfect stay at Kostas’ place! Nestled in a quiet little village just steps away from hidden beaches, it was everything we hoped for and more. The view from the porch is simply unbelievable — we enjoyed every meal out there, and even took relaxing dips in the jacuzzi under the stars. The house was spotless — super clean and clearly well cared for — which made it even easier to settle in and feel comfortable from the first moment. It’s also fully equipped for cooking and truly made us feel at home. Traveling with two young kids (ages 4 and 6), we found the location ideal — peaceful, convenient, and just a short stroll to charming local taverns. The TV setup was fantastic too, loaded with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more — perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Kostas was an exceptional host. He helped us plan our trip, answered every question, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was stocked with basics like spices, olive oil and such ! ♥️

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.
