We have hiking, biking & riding trails and 10 holes of Disc Golf to play. Visit Success Lake or Tule River or Casino. We also have 2 other rental units (Private Suite & Ranch House) for friends/family.

It sports a full kitchen with basics for cooking, RO for purified water, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & , Amazon Fire TV, WIFI, small but well equipped full bathroom, natural latex queen sized bed, AC & heat. Enjoy coffee and fresh eggs, and while you watch the pigs and chickens graze below.

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer. Gladly adjust to your comfort.

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
