Well, the place was smaller than expected, but the location is on point. Most walkin I did in a while, but all n all I'm glad we it.

We loved the cottage! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Kathy went out of her way to make us feel at home, including fresh flowers and treats! We will definitely return.

It was great but there were a few broken things, but I let them know and they noted them no biggie. Other than great my friends and I had a great time. Nice, clean, and great location with fun stuff to do.

Great place! Love that we could bring our dogs. Area was super walkable and super close to the mountains! Would absolutely come back!

We (plus our dog) had a perfect long weekend at Carmelita Cabana. The space was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The kitchen had the basics, and we were able to cook easy meals for two. We appreciated the cleanliness of the space but also liked that there was a vacuum to clean up any dirt we might have brought in. The living area and bedroom stayed a very comfortable temperature and we had no issues with being too cold/too warm. Our dog can be sensitive to noises in a new place, but she had no issues whatsoever. The view was unbeatable, and our only problem was that our trip wasn’t long enough!

Perfect place to stay at for a cozy weekend in the Tahoe area. Heater for the house and water works great and driveway has space for 2 cars easily. Kitchen also has all the Tupperware you will need.

Suzanne is a wonderful host! She is so kind, attentive to the needs of her guests. I am touched by her caring spirit. The cottage will always hold a special place in my heart.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Even though other cabins are nearby it was still very private and relaxing. It was easy to get to places no matter what direction you went in but far enough away from the busier towns.

Fantastic little place! Conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants and the lake. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we enjoyed the soothing sound of water behind the house. While the house is small, the space is well-designed and perfect for two. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. Highly recommend!

Small but comfortable cabin in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. The fully fenced large backyard and small mudroom are nice features. Had everything we needed for a very pleasant visit.

Perfect if you want a get away free of distractions. The place was just as described and really well kept. A family of deer live in the area so it was a wonderful surprise to catch them walking around the property from the deck. We look forward to coming back in the summer time when we can explore the swimming holes in the area, and make use of the outdoor shower.

Very friendly & helpful communication! The tiny home had everything we could have needed. We are tall-ish (6’) and did just fine, had to hunch over in the bed area, but all of this was well described in the listing. Hot shower was lovely after a day at Empire park. The house was perfect for our needs. Lots of places to eat and cute shops just a short drive away. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect peaceful retreat from my grind in SF. The tinyhouse ADU is exactly as described and felt very private.

Great price and an enjoyable stay! Very friendly dog and cat on the property, and the goats were cute and entertaining to watch. We had a short stay and were out exploring for a majority of the days. Jerre was responsive when we had some troubles connecting to the hummginmbird wifi. Thank you

Tiffany’s home is the most perfect escape from SF; the home is cozy and well-appointed, the stars are breathtaking, and visits from local wildlife were beyond charming (we had 7 deer in the yard twice!). I was charmed by their hospitality and wonderful recommendations for local hikes and coffee shops. I hope to return soon!

Ulee’s Gold is well…gold! This was my second time staying here. Deanna had made a few changes that made the place even better than before. She added a dresser in place of the desk and added a little bench by the door. It’s all the little things she thinks of that I love the most, like providing little jars of oil and sugars and tea and more. I always feel at home here and never want to leave. I love this place so much! This place is perfect for a solo retreat and I plan on coming here again! You can also bring your dog. Thank you, Deanna for creating such a cozy little cabin for the perfect getaway away!

Great location. Spacious three bedroom house. Family trip to the Snow. Close to Sierra at Tahoe, sledding, walking and hiking trails. Holiday Market has everything you need. Convenient location. Nice to have a garage to park in considering the three feet of snow we got on the first day. Roads are plowed on a regular basis. Had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We didn’t have an AWD vehicle so we couldn’t make it up the hill, so we did park at the bottom- which was a little difficult. Had to make a couple trips and it is a decent walk especially in the rain and mud. Just make sure you are prepared for a walk or bring a vehicle that can handle big ruts and really muddy roads! (Not the hosts fault by any means and they clearly state that you need an AWD car in details!) The outdoor bathtub was frickin amazing! I felt like I was at a spa retreat. We loved this cozy cabin. Bed was comfy, things were clean, and everything was straightforward and easy to use. Kitchen had a rather miscellaneous selection of utensils and such so I’d suggest keeping it simple for meals. We went on a short walk around the property and came back with quite a few ticks. So that was not fun, but also not anyone’s fault. All in all- would absolutely 10/10 recommend staying here! I wish I could live there!

Had a great relaxing stay, the host had a lot of Amazon packages delivered but overall it was great.

Cozy home with all amenities needed. Good for 2 people. Responsive host. Forgot a camera charger there and they saved it for me. Near natural selection… great grocery store! Close to other places and freeway. Thank you!

This place is so comfy clean and we will be coming back. I wasn't a fan of the hot tub in view of the camera but other than that what a spunky clean confortable place to stay. Thank you Keith.

Great stay for group of friends for a weeklong ski trip. Place was even better than the photos. Fireplace excellent for drying out wet ski gear. Couch was comfy and big enough for someone to sleep on. Steep street up to driveway, definitely bring chains or 4WD to get up it on snowy days. Overall would recommend this place!
