Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Place idéale pour vos vacances ou un court séjour. Vous avez un chemin des douaniers qui mène vers Monaco et un chemin du Corbusier qui va jusqu'à Menton. Der großzügige Balkon ist auf das Meer ausgerichtet und hat (fast) den ganzen Tag Sonne. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn.

The owners Helene and Chadwick live next door and are always there for check in/out and local knowledge. Air conditioned.
