Juste exceptionnel Panayiotis a été un hôte comme rarement rencontré durant tous nos voyages. Il est d’une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le logement est parfaitement propre rien à dire. La piscine très bien pour nous rafraîchir les fins d’après midi après nos visites d’Athènes. Panayiotis nous a fait livrer une délicieuse glace le jour de notre départ et il s’est occupé de nous ramener à l’aéroport pour notre départ alors qu’il s’était déjà occupé de notre arrivée. Il m’a conseillé d’utiliser ChatGPT du coup c’est ce que je vais faire désormais. Nous reviendrons à Athènes et c’est sur nous logerons chez Panayiotis dans aucune hésitation. Promis Panayiotis je vais apprendre le grec avec ChatGPT 😏😊 encore mille fois merci d’avoir fait de notre séjour un excellent voyage grâce à l’ensemble de vos conseils. À très bientôt.

Rented this house for family event in town. Exceeded all expectations and provided for a very comfortable stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly, and even went out of their way to return an item that one of the guests had left behind. Two blocks from the beach in an upscale residential area. Would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

Urban Villas and Suites was an amazing stay for my family. We traveled with two young kids (both under 6) and they felt very comfortable. The location is perfect to walk to the Acropolis, and the restaurants a few blocks away were great. Everyone was friendly and the host messaged me back with answers to questions within the hour. We also really appreciated the shuttle service to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this for a family stay!

We stayed here as a family and absolutely loved it. Having this stylish spacious house to ourselves was great. We found the walk into the sightseeing centre easy and enjoyable and did this most days to see the sights. Athens is a a great city for easy and stunning sights. In the afternoon/evenings the fantastic swimming pool was great in house entertainment for the kids. The neighbourhood is fun and lively with a great local bar restaurant a few steps away and lots in easy reach. Yannis and Tolli were so helpful with everything: nothing was too much trouble. Our very friendly host was waiting for us when we arrived, and showed us around. We had a lovely stay, sunbathing by the pool (relaxing after a week of sailing), and it was just 15 minutes taxi to the Acropolis, a 3 minute walk to a local supermarket, and 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants. BUT when there was a taxi strike and no taxis available to the airport, our host was AMAZING ! She drove us to the right bus stop (for the bus direct to the airport) in her own car, and waited with us until we were safely on the bus. She could not have been kinder, so A BIG THANK YOU and I recommend everyone to stay here.

Loved our stay in Alimos. Plenty of space and really felt like home. Could stay there for months. Very close to the beach with bakery, coffee, restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes walk. Highly recommended! Thank you Konstantinos.

Anna was very helpful arranging rides for us and flexible in allowing us to add a day after we experienced flight disruptions. The location was perfect- easily accessible with short walks to key tourist sights, nice restaurants and shopping. The spacious lodging accommodated a family of 5 easily. The washer & dryer allowed us to pack lighter with fewer clothes. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. This home is beautiful inside and out!! We had a wonderful time staying there with our family. There is plenty of room for a lot of guests. We would most certainly stay again if we are ever in Athens. Wonderful host.

There are hardly words to describe our experience here. Dimitri’s was such a welcoming host! He catered to our early check in, offered us recommendations for our retreat, checked in regularly about our experience. He recommended Niko’s, a local chef to serve for us at our experience and it was extraordinary. Local meats and plenty flavours, thoughtful arrangements, and a very kind heart. We thoroughly enjoyed having Niko’s and Anna around during our stay. Finally, you’re close enough to where it matters but far enough removed that you get to have the privacy and seclusion much needed during the busy months. I cannot recommend this home enough. 10/10.

Xαρα not only opens her house for her guests, but she opens her heart. Her hospitality is undisputable- from the very early welcoming throughout the whole stay; whatever is needed, she will provide her guidance or assistance. Meanwhile, she highly respects guests’ privacy and pays the right attention. The house is beautiful. Everything is well organized and convenient. We were family of six (2 adults and 4 children) and felt absolutely wonderful.

A beautiful holiday house on a lovely island! Great place to stay with friends (we were 8 adults) with a big pool, nice outdoor areas, clean and spacious bedrooms. It’s a calm and private place to stay. We would recommend renting a car for your stay because most places are not walking distance in the heat and some taxis did not want to drive up to kipseli (generally not very many taxis around). There are many nice beaches and restaurants on the island to visit. Thank you for your recommendations Isabelle! Also, there is one bedroom in the annex that does not have AC which was disappointing. We found a solution for us but it’s not what we expected.

Villa Sabia was a perfect Air BnB experience ! Villa Sabia is immaculately appointed and absolutely spotless throughout. The environment and experience is much more of a high quality home than a just a place to stay for holiday or business. It is easy to immediately relax and start to enjoy Varkiza and its surroundings. Varkiza has everything for a relaxing beach vacation, and the pool at Villa Sabia is excellent. It was difficult to leave the pool and journey outside some days ! Anna is a super caring and amazing hostess. It is clear that she is super proud of her property and really wants you and your guests to enjoy your stay in Greece as much as possible. Anna has lived in the area all her life and is very happy to recommend places to visit, traditional or modern restaurants, the best or some hidden beaches. I strongly advise discussing your plans with her to make the most of your stay. Overall a fabulous place to stay with true Greek welcoming experience. Thank You !

Nous avons passé un long weekend inoubliable dans cette magnifique maison en Grèce. Tout était parfait dès notre arrivée. La maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos : spacieuse, propre, et décorée avec goût. Chaque détail a été soigneusement pensé pour offrir un confort optimal. Les chambres sont confortables et les lits très douillets. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. La terrasse offre une vue imprenable sur la mer, et nous avons adoré prendre nos petits déjeuners en admirant le paysage. La piscine est un véritable atout, propre et bien entretenue, idéale pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visite. Les hôtes étaient accueillants et disponibles. La maison est parfaitement située. My family and I would like to give a huge thank you and appreciation for the wonderful stay we just enjoyed. Our host Ayapi was the best, extremely, helpful, efficient, and the sweetest host we have ever had on AirBnB. She was absolutely amazing, everything a host should be.She gave recommendations, answered questions, and was so quick to respond. She set the gold standard for a host. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, and looks exactly like ( or even better), in person. The views of the ocean, pool and the Greek countryside are astonishing. The pool is a huge feature- it’s huge and extremely inviting with a patio type setting. The floors have wonderful spaces and are beautifully designed. We admired the pretty furniture. There were so many areas we could get together, yet there was plenty of space for everyone to “do their own thing.” We all felt very at home and relaxed here. I highly recommend Ayapi’s gorgeous villa. We would definitely stay here again, and really hope to do so.

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Lovely residence. The top floor had separate entrance and was very private. Rooms very spacious and outdoor areas were wonderful. Konstantinos was a terrific host and very generous with his time. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens provided. Aegina is a lovely island. We only stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have been there longer!

Ioannis hosted us on very short notice. Extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. Perfect host who greeted us warmly and was very positive and helpful. Great local recommendations and an overall perfect stay and experience. Thank you!

Idealne miejsce , piękne widoki , cisza , spokój , ogólnie miejsce bardzo urokliwe . Jedyna wadą(nie dla każdego ) że na jednym z pięter tarasu nie było szyb tylko barierki przez które młodsze dzieci mogą wypaść więc trzeba pilnować ale po za tym żadnych zastrzeżeń . Było pięknie ;)

The place was for us, a small family with kids à paradise. We were amazed by the beautiful architecture, features and pool. Panos was extremely helpful with lots of local recommendations and nothing was too much to ask for. We will be back !!
