10/10 is an understatement for this location and host. This place is the perfect getaway and the host is so kind and welcoming. We definitely will be returning again without a doubt.

We had a wonderful stay in Wynwood at this beautiful apartment with great amenities. Furthermore, they allowed us to check-in early when we had a disastrous stay at our previous airbnb on South Beach and had to vacate abruptly. We couldn't be more thankful for arriving to a very clean and well kept place, a helpful host, and an awesome ending to our trip in Miami! The location is amazing, vibrant neighborhood with lots going on, but a quiet and peaceful apartment to return to. The place is BIG, lots of space to spread out and we would have done our entire two month stay there if we would have known! Thanks again and we will definitely return!

Perfect location

Amazing stay at Alejandro's, the location is 2-min walk from the Bay Front park and there are a lot of restaurants around!

Dharma is very responsive and immediately available. He was very accommodating. I was there with my kids for spring break and we got in very early, he was able to work out an early check in. The location works for going both north or south beach and even downtown. The location was very clean. The pools are nice and the beach is walking distance. The elevator is a little slow and the floor looks different from the rest. But that’s no fault of the host. I would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here! Spacious enough for 4 people. Beds were comfortable, great location, and the host was very helpful/had good communication.

The apartment is exactly as described. This is a tremendous place to relax, recover and enjoy the sunny isles of Florida. Fernando and team were incredibly gracious and responsive. Would definitely stay there again (hopefully very soon)

Christina’s place is exactly as listed. The apartment was very clean and in amazing condition. The location of the Airbnb is ideal, located in a place where restaurants, shopping and bars and entertainment are all walking distance. The Wyndham Palm Aire is right in my community so it was perfect for visiting friends and family. The amenities are great. Shopping close by and a new entertainment center will be opening in a few years across the street. Anna was great in communicating and making necessary adjustments. Check in takes awhile and they try to get you to sit on a time share presentation but just say no

Erick could not have been a better host, and the house could not have been a better fit for our group. It’s SO close to the beach, and it’s stocked with beach chairs, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The pool is lovely and the rooms are very spacious. No complaints at all! We are already thinking of booking for next year!

This was a great place for our family of five. Good central location, private, and quiet. We were here to visit with elderly parents that live nearby but cannot host us, so we didn’t do much sightseeing. The back patio had enough seating for all of us, and that is where we spent most of our time. The heated pool was a big hit… No shock to the body when going in. We would definitely stay here again.

it was a great stay! we had 2 families with three little kids. the outdoor setup was amazing (pool, grill, multiple hangout areas). it is right next door to a playground and splash pad. and a quick drive to airports, beach, great restaurants, and everglades. highly recommend!
