Renta de casas vacacionales en Platja d'Oliva

La casa es justo lo que nosotros buscábamos, amplia, limpia . cómoda, segura (rejas en todas la puertas y ventanas) mosquiteras en las ventanas (imprescindibles para la época del año) todo en una sola planta, piscina muy limpia y terraza ideal, para las horas mas calurosa el aire acondicionado en todas las estancias esta disponible aunque no lo usamos mucho ya que estábamos en el exterior la mayor parte del tiempo . Como única objeción comentar el escaso menaje de cocina (platos y vasos) tuvimos que comprar media docena y la falta de un lavavajillas (imprescindible en estos tiempos) hay que tener en cuenta que nuestra estancia fue larga y hacíamos muchas comidas en casa. Por lo demás fantástico

We have just returned from a week at Sina’s villa with our 3 children. We had a wonderful stay with everything that we needed. The kids absolutely loved the pool which is an asset to the villa. The villa was peaceful, private & quiet. It felt homely & safe. The supermarkets, restaurants & beach were only a few minutes drive away with easy parking. Sina was excellent and very quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this villa and return to Calpe.

We were very pleased with the location and accommodation. the only slight criticism would be the showers could do with an update.

Un lugar increíble por su belleza natural ,silencio ,perfume de pinares ,montañas y ves el mar .La casa muy cómoda ,con una vajilla impecable la limpieza también .. la comunicación en el momento y disposición. El jacuzzi es un toque especial ..gracias 🫂

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

Nice house with good sized rooms. We stayed with 6 adults and 4 young children and had plenty of space. Good kitchen with plenty of equipment. We were there in December so and the pool area was shaded but we still had some swims with the kids. Short walk into the pretty town of Moriara with plenty of shops and restaurants and a very nice beach.

Un très beau séjour passé dans ce logement. Un peu excentré du centre ville, il est nécessaire de prendre la voiture pour aller à la plage ou trouver le premier commerce. Néanmoins, la piscine est un grand + et les équipements supers. De nombreux transats, parasols, des pistolets à eau… tout pour amuser une famille pendant son séjour. Nous recommandons.

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

Fantastic holiday, location, villa and hosts. We needed a couple of things sorted, extra pillows and hot water put on as we had a couple of days with cloud. Spoke with Dagmar and it was sorted, nothing was a problem. We needed a break to relax and recharge and we did exactly that at Dagmar's villa it was perfect in every way. The only small thing was TV was only set for German & Spanish if it was a smart TV then 100% perfect instead of 99.999%. But seriously Beautiful villa & wonderful hosts would recommend staying. We never normally stay at the same villa when we return to Spain but if we decide to stay in Calp again I would return to Dagmar's without a doubt. Book it & enjoy.

We were a large family sharing this space. 3 sets of grandparents, 3 young kids, and a set of parents. The house was large enough for everyone to feel like they hadtheir own space and privacy. It never felt crowded. My wife and I were able to walk to the beaches and to the marina and downtown. It was too challenging for the rest of the group, but for anyone in shape, its not a problem. The view was incredible. Everything was lovely and we all had a wonderful time. Would definitely book again.

Estuvimos muy cómodos en la casa de Teo junto a la playa, estaba muy bien equipada, incluso con sillas, sombrilla y hasta una neverita para poder llevarte a la playa. Al pueblo íbamos en coche y a tan solo 5 minutos ya estabas en Dénia.

Super cool design, beautiful views of the sea. Loved the stone throughout the house. Wish it was warm when we were there as the pool looked beautiful. Great host, would return!

très bon logement assez bien placé pour rejoindre la plage , les supermarché... anibal est très sympathique et très réactif (pour un problème de porte) . je rejoins les autres commentaires concernant la caution en espèces mais aucun soucis lors du départ. seul point de amélioration à notre goût la ventilation un peu bruyante et les palmiers de la photo non présent lol mais rien de méchant je recommande.

I had an absolutely unforgettable experience at this Airbnb! The panoramic views from this place are nothing short of spectacular – every room offered incredible scenery. It's a very comfortable house Communication with the host was excellent! They were prompt and helpful I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic retreat. You do need a car to get around Altea. I will stay at this place again

Reservé este alojamiento para mis suegros y fue un acierto total. Les encantó la casa, la zona y el trato cercano de Esther, que también fue muy amable conmigo durante las gestiones. No puedo más que darle las gracias por todo.

Really lovely Villa. It has a fabulous view and is so very tranquil. As a family with grown-up children and their partners, it was a perfect getaway. The local scenery is stunning. We found some quirky local restaurants with cheerful, easy-going locals. Moraira is less than 15 minutes in a car and is also really pleasant. The Villa has everything you need, and we spent much of our trip there relaxing, as it was so relaxing. A small critic: the showers could use a little TLC, but even so, I'll happily give it a 5-star rating. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay. Jon & family

Vi trivdes veldig godt i dette huset. perfekt beliggenhet kun et par minutters gange unna stranden og restauranter. Flott bassengområde og fredelige omgivelser. Bassenget på taket var perfekt for barn som øver på å svømme. Huset bærer litt preg av slitasje og spesielt oppvaskmaskinen har sett bedre dager men ellers fungerte alt som det skulle. Aircondicionen er felles per etasje slik at de 4 soverommene i 2. etg må dele på en bryter. Det er noe bråk fra aircondicion på det ene soverommet og de rommene som er nærmest anlegget blir kjøligere enn de to på andre siden. Det er lurt å tenke på hvilke behov man har for varme/kulde før man bestemmer hvor man skal sove. Ellers var det en luftig og stor terrasse med vifter og solskjerming. Vi likte oss godt her og kan anbefale dette huset for andre. Det var en veldig koselig og trivelig liten by men fin sandstrand. Det er lite tilgang på taxi og buss så egen bil er best om du planlegger litt reising rundt.

On recommande cette location Miguel est un super host La maison est très fonctionnelle, la piscine au top. La plage à 5 minutes à pied est très jolie et peu fréquentée. Bref un excellent plan !

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

Villa Rita was a lovely place to stay, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. It’s sat in a quiet peaceful area of Calpe. Only thing that stopped me giving full marks from me was one of the shower sliding doors was broken and nearly fell off the runner each turn me the shower was used. Other than that it was a fabulous stay. We would definitely recommend a stay at Villa Rita.

Una casa muy completa y equipada, el anuncio correspondía con la realidad y la zona era muy tranquila. Nos gustó mucho el jardín ya que estaba muy limpio cuidado y con todos los detalles. La entrada y la comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido muy sencilla.

The house was situated in a lovely area with the mountain in the backyard. It had a fantastic view on both sides of the house. The house was delightful with plenty of space. The children loved the pool that belonged to the area. Dmitri was a good and friendly host who was very accommodating. He responded very quickly if there was any doubt. I can only recommend Dmitri and his house.
