Un endroit magnifique. Le plus bel endroit pour vivre à Cabarette. Les gens sont gentils, l’endroit est très propre. La piscine est de belle grandeur pour faire des longueurs. Prendre des grandes marches sur la plage. Le service de ménage hebdomadaire. Les serviettes de plage. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance d’avoir la terrasse sur le toit mais quand elle sera faite ce sera encore plus magnifique 🤩. Service de restaurant accessible sur le site pour dîner/souper et boissons alcoolisées. À distance de marche des épiceries, bars et restaurants aux menus variés. Luïs répond très rapidement à toutes les demandes. Tout est parfait dans ce super condo!

Posito ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt viele hilfreiche Tipps. Ein sehr netter Mensch. Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Wohnung auch. Das Bett lässt keine Wünsche übrig und es ist alles vorhanden.

This place was way more than what I wished It would be . It’s so raw , totally surrounded by nature , perfect for me because I needed a real get away from everything, the urban noises, somewhere I could feel like in my village back home in Africa. If you’re a sounds of nature lover , you’re gonna enjoy listening to trees rubbing on each other when it gets windy , and the birds singing. Your stay will feel a lot like a camping retreat . If you mind the insects, not having a tv , being far from stores and restaurants; you’re probably gonna run away .

Set up almost like a mini-hotel where each room is independent with a large common area. I was there with coworkers, so worked perfectly for us. No one heard a peep from any of us until we wanted to be seen. Ha. The pool was amazing. If you want peace and quiet, this perfectly fits that. Virtually no one on the beach either. We had a great time. We temporarily misplaced a key and Yuriy was very responsive and nice. It was tough to get everyone out on time and he was super nice about that too.

Loved it! I had a very relaxing week at this apartment. I have been inCabarete several times and Sea Winds is my favorite place to stay. You have it all, Luxury, comfort, privacy, relaxation and the view. Is the best place to stay, seriously. If you are kite surfing you could pump your kite on the grass and launch from there, if you are taking lessons or renting equipment you have the option to a very pleasant walk 10 minutes on the beach either right to cabarete bay or left to kite beach to find the schools restaurants and night life. No need for a car, walk on the beach or a moto taxis for 100pesos take you to town in 3 minutes. New supermarket Janet is 10 minutes walk on the beach and get to main road from there where you can get supplies. This particular apartment is beautiful with 2 balconies to relax while looking at the scenery, nice kitchen with all you need for cooking, laundry, very comfortable beds, great Air conditioning and fans. Hot water in shower…it was just perfect!

¡Qué experiencia tan increíble en Seawinds, Cabarete! Esta es la tercera vez que me hospedo en una propiedad aquí, y cada visita sigue superando mis expectativas. Esta vez viajamos 3 adultos y 2 perritos, y todos lo pasamos de maravilla. El lugar es espectacular: un jardín enorme y una piscina que da directamente al mar, ¡un sueño hecho realidad! El apartamento está en el primer piso, tiene dos habitaciones y nos acomodó a todos cómodamente, incluyendo a los peludos. Está súper bien equipado, con todo lo necesario en la cocina, además de internet y TV por cable. Todo en la propiedad está perfectamente mantenido, se nota que le dan mucho cariño. El personal fue de lo mejor, muy amables desde nuestra llegada y siempre atentos durante toda la estadía para asegurarse de que todo estuviera perfecto. Me voy con una experiencia súper positiva y ya estoy contando los días para volver. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Fantastic place to stay. The space was perfect for our family of five. Though we spent most of the time on the beach, we enjoyed lazy mornings on the balcony and family movie nights in living room. Tamara was very quick to respond and arranged our taxis to and from airport.

Just finished our vacation at Rodrigo’s place. Apartment so spacious,clean and bright. Very welcoming. Equipped with full kitchen,though we ate out, so many restaurants within walking distance. All the comforts of home, fluffy bath towels, beach towels, robe, comfortable beds, water cooler to name a few. Full porch with great view of ocean. Rodrigo is an excellent and responsive host. We look forward to staying again.

Very happy with our stay at Cabarete. Very nice place. Peaceful, beautiful views, very convenient for us, well designed and maintained. Perfect fit for our needs as a family with a young kid. Brilliant location for the town, on the beach, kite-beach and more. Seawinds is a really nice community. Everything is well maintained and safe. Easy communication. Thank you for everything.

Had at great stay in Francois apartment. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Seawinds is a very well maintained community. I have stayed at Seawinds many times and Francois apartment is the best I have stayed in.

View from this condo is spectacular! Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. One thing to be aware of is that if you have any mobility issues the condo is on the 4th floor with no stairs. We didn't mind as iit kept us fit and made up for all the food we were eating on vacation!!! Vicki was incredible responsive and helpful when there were some minor issues to be sorted, she sorted them or help us get them sorted right away. The office at the condo complex were really helpful as well! We only used the AC at night in the bedrooms and for 2 weeks only costs us $53 USD, so don't let that scare you. Our friends stayed with us in the 2nd bedroom and found no issues with the traffice noise but if you were a light sleep that might bother you, we didn't hear it at all in the principal bedroom though once the door was closed. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Grand appartement, au 2 e étage avec 1 lit King et 2 lits doubles. Beau grand balcon meublé donnant sur le jardin et la piscine. Serviettes de plage comprises. Cuisine très bien équipée avec distributeur d’eau potable. Excellente pression d’eau et disponibilité d’eau chaude dans la douche. Accessibilité à pied aux restos/rue commerciale. Stationnement sécuritaire. Nous avons eu un super séjour!

This place was beautiful! Perfect for family with kids, everything was very peaceful and clean, just what we were looking for! Definitely a place we will visit again.

My husband and I stayed at villa Sirena for 2 months this winter. We loved the location and the home. The staff working at the villa are outstanding workers and amazing people. Any issues that came up were dealt with immediately. The Villa is an excellent place to accommodate guests as each room has an ensuite and the home is spacious enough so that everyone has their own space. The walk into town along the beach is amazing. Highly recommend this place to a family or a group of friends!!!

We love Seawinds, we loved this apartment, and Deyne was a great host. We stayed at his place for more than one month. Apartment is modern, great kitchen, nicely kept rooms, and beautiful view from the balcony. It was great that one of the rooms had bunk bad as we had kids stay in the room and they all had their own beds. It was convenient that Deyne knew management team and helped arrange for things and was able to address questions quickly. Hint: Do let Deyne know if you are planning to arrive after 5 pm so that he could arrange for the key to be left at the security office. Final conclusion: We loved staying at this apartment in Seawinds. We are definitely going to try to get the same apartment next time when we come to Cabarete!

This place was amazing!! Beautiful ocean view from the bedroom and living room. The best part of the trip was meeting Raquel. She could not have been nicer or more helpful during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone to stay at this property

Incroyable séjour! Ocean Point est vraiment le Meilleur endroit de KiteBeach. Kitesurf In/OuT. L’appartement est tout équipé, avec une très belle décoration, le tout dans un environnement intime, paisible, et luxueux. Les hôtes ont été vraiment accueillants, s’assurant d’une expérience impeccable tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Perfect location with ocean view from the balcony and steps to a private beach. Condo is pretty nice and modern, on the small side but very cozy. Everything was clean. Great value for the price, especially by the ocean. It's on the 3rd Floor in a building that has modern elevators. A/C works well, and they have A/C in the living room. Lots of parking space. The area itself is a secure and peaceful location. William is responsive, it was easy to check-in.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for my visit. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend
