Angel’s place is great if you want somewhere close to beaches without the fuss or price of an all inclusive. I stayed there with several friends and it was great to have a kitchen and living areas where we could all hangout instead of separate hotel rooms. We could comfortably walk to several beaches or catch the bus just outside the neighborhood. We felt very safe the whole time as well. The only potential drawback is none of the appliances are fancy or state of the art but that’s not what we were looking for. Angel made our stay very comfortable and provided many resources from booking tours to finding reliable transportation. He was very kind and always responded quickly. He went above and beyond to help us out and made us feel very welcome in Cancun.

La entrada fue excelente, doña Laura super amable y nos dio varios consejos de restaurantes y como llegar a los buses facilmente. El internet funciono perfecto todo el tiempo. El A/C enfriaba perfecto sin ningun problema. Las camas son comodas y limpias. Baño limpio y con agua caliente. El lugar esta ubicado en una calle super tranquila y bastante segura pero bastante centrico ya que hay oxxo y el mall las americas cerca. Definitivamente volveriamos sin dudarlo! Seria un plus que tuviera lavadora pero hay una pequeña pila y lugar para tender los vestidos de baño.

Me encantó el departamento. Estaba realmente muy limpio y acogedor. Ernesto fue muy amable al estar al pendiente de cualquier situación o duda. Recomendado 100% En definitiva me volvería a alojar con el.

Great place, great hosts, great stay overall. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean. Everything was easy and the hosts were a pleasure to communicate with if we ever needed anything. Highly recommend.

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Me encantó fue muy fácil de encontrar nos dio una entrada temprana lo cual fue muy agradable ya que veníamos cansadas del viaje todo muy bonito limpio nos sentíamos como en casa tenía varias cositas ahí mismo en la casa lo cual nos resultó útil como casero las cafeteras está perfecto para alguna familia que quiera visitar

We really enjoyed our stay at Alex’s place. He was a very responsive host, who messaged me before I got to the island and stayed in touch the entire time and also sent helpful pictures and videos for our stay. The location is great with the most beautiful view.

My two retired adult children and I had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean and well-provided with a good view of the beach. Email communications from the managers prior to our visit and during were clear and helpful and welcoming. The only downside for us is that our larger family who were gathered for a wedding were housed at other locations nearby, and because of the restriction preventing us from hosting persons not staying in our building it was difficult for us to connect with family. The convenience store across the street was convenient. And the small cantina/restaurant directly across the street worked very well for breakfasts, lunches/dinners, and drinks.

Una excelente opción para llegar en pareja, el lugar es muy tranquilo todo está muy cerca y el anfitrión siempre pendiente de cualquier duda al momento querer hacer el check-in

Thank you for having us. The Jonathan’s place was one of the nicest and cutest we’ve been in Mexico. It’s very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. For the very first sight it’s well maintained. There is a cute front yard. Jonathan also let us to do late check out as our flight was late in afternoon. Highly recommended for staying there!

We loved the location. It was pretty central to everything. There’s lots to walk to and the people are all so kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying if you’re looking for a more private space for when you are not wanting to be in the mix of the busy/party! Carla was fabulous and lots of recommendations were given. The actual space it simple has all you need!!

Mami place was beautiful so clean the beds were all comfortable breathtaking views in condo and on rooftop pool. Def will be coming back!! 10 out of 10 🙌🏾

Fantastic Stay in Cancun! We had an amazing time staying in this two-bedroom, two-bath apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed; with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and more. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony facing the ocean. The view was absolutely priceless, and we spent time just enjoying the ocean sounds. The swimming pool area and beach were fantastic for relaxing or taking a dip. We arrived earlier than expected, but our host Nancy was very thoughtful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned before check-in. The location couldn’t have been better! Supermarkets, stores, and restaurants were all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was easy, she was always responsive. We highly recommend this place in Cancun! We will definitely come back.

Très bon emplacement , parking gratuit c’est vrai que c’est un peu vieillot mais l’emplacement , et la vue vous feront vite oublier ce détail !

Having always done All Inclusive Vacations, we were nervous about venturing out to the airbnb concept for our trip to Mexico. Right from the start, Eduardo was super responsive with any and all our questions! He gave us advice for transportation options etc! Our arrival was seamless, the security at the condo building was friendly and very helpful! They gave us our keys and directions to our condo. Inside, we found the condo to be exactly like the photos. AC and wifi worked great. The location has security throughout the complex so we felt safe regardless where we were. We were steps away from the pools from our apt and the beach is directly off the pool. I would recommend taking coolie cups/cooler bag to take down with you (we never thought of it until we were down there). There are a lot of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies right outside the condo!Transit is super easy to use! No rental car needed! Airbnb vacations from now on for us!

Departamento súper agradable y cómodo, te siente como en casa , hellen siempre atenta y súper amable. Condominio bonito, albercas amplias, limpias y zona agradable ( aunque, el personal del condominio guardias y de más… súper payasos me incomodaron en algunas ocasiones, no te dejaban están agusto en la alberca ya que todo el tiempo están sobre de ti viendo que haces y que no haces, el guardia de la caseta nefasto, nada agradable el tipo.) Perooo yo recomiendo mucho a hellen y su departamento por que sinceramente te siente en casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar tus días agradables y ella y su hermana heidi pufff súper amables y atentas, excelentes personas. Tip: los camiones que ella me recomendó, súper te llevan a la zona hotelera y súper barato, súper seguros, nada complicado ir y venir. (. Ruta R2 15 Nichupté . )

La estancia en Arkana Residence fue excelente,el depa es mejor de como se ve en las fotos,está en zona tranquila residencial,vigilancia 24/7,cc las Americas al ladito,colchones premium,equipado con todo lo necesario,terraza gigante con vistas 6ª planta,muy limpio. Y Moy, el anfitrión estuvo al pendiente en todo momento,respondiendo rapido,muy profesional. Recomendable 100x100!
