Family of 5 (3 kids) enjoyed this place. Great house with best feature the deck with swimming pole. Very quite and relaxing. Only 15 minutes to beaches with car.

Espaço maravilhoso, uma semana de férias impecáveis, a repetir com toda a certeza. A casa tem tudo o que necessitamos para passar umas férias descansadas, a piscina é bastante espaçosa e sempre vigiada pelo salva vidas. Para quem gostar há também quadra de Padel.

Tudo impecável, de acordo com as espectativas. Apartamento muito bem equipado, com todos os utensílios necessários e tudo a funcionar bem. Vizinhança calma e perto da praia. Fácil de estacionar.

Belle résidence. Bel appartement. Le personnel et les animateurs sont très gentils. Idéal avec des enfants.

Todo correcto tal y como se anuncia. Hemos estado muy agusto, como en casa. El apartamento y la urbanización en sí muy comoda y cuidada. Repetiriamos.

Prachtig en zonnig uitzicht vanop het balkon richting de oceaan. Het appartement is ruim en komt overeen met de foto’s. Het is persoonlijk ingericht door de eigenaars. De bedden hebben lakens en dekens. Je kan gratis met een bootje worden overgezet naar het strand. Rustige omgeving. Dichtbij het stadscentrum met een aantal leuke restaurantjes. Interessante toegevoegde waarde zijn het zwembad ( indoor in de winter) en de sauna (wel apart voor mannen en vrouwen). Vania is zeer vlot bereikbaar. We komen graag terug.

Estancia muy agradable. Nieves es muy detallista y predispuesta siempre a ayudar y facilitarnos todo para disfrutar del entorno. A su vez, es muy flexible. Gracias por todo Nieves.

Lo mejor la ubicación. A un paso de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Zona comercial a 5 minutos caminando. Rocio atenta en todo momento y súper rápida en contestar. Todo facilidades. Hemos viajado un matrimonio con una niña y dos perros y ningun problema. Casa acogedora con todos los utensilios necesarios. Gracias Rocío por alojarnos en tu casa. Hasta la próxima.

This house was above our expectations. We stayed at Manuel's house for a number of weeks. The house is in a lovely quiet location overlooking Islantilla Golf Course. It is only a short 10 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more for a long or short term stay and absolutely spotlessly clean. Thank you so much to Jamy for all her help over the number of weeks. Such a friendly person. I would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

We had a fantastic stay at Ana’s place, such a peaceful & quiet place. In less than 2 minutes we were between the trees with our dogs. We had everything we needed in the house, clean & cosy.

Nicely located apartment, about a 5min close to the beach and the city centre. Big apartment with lots of room and greatly suitable for longer stays.

Ana was a very responsive and helpful host. She maintained contact without being ever present. She encouraged us to use her house as our home and as we were staying for an extended period of time this was welcome encouragement. The villa is exactly as described in a peaceful street ideally located for a short walk to the beautiful beaches nearby but also for day trips throughout the Algarve and into Spain. It’s also close to local shops and restaurants and Ana provided recommendations for eating out.

Teníamos ganas de volver a casa de Mónica. La casa es cómoda, muy limpia y cuidada y con una excelente ubicación frente al mar. Mónica sigue tan encantadora como siempre. Muy amable, accesible y hospitalaria. Somos usuarios frecuentes de Airbnb y es nuestro destino favorito. Creemos que no hay que decir más. Muy recomendable

Ésta ha sido, con diferencia, nuestra mejor experiencia con Airbnb. Los electrodomésticos son de primeras marcas, sabanas y toallas limpias y, sin duda, el aparcamiento privado han sido lo más destacado. Pero, hay otras muchas cosas que han conseguido que fuese una estancia difícil de olvidar.

We had a great time and were so happy to be able to check in a couple of days early, leaving behind a very poor nightly rental. It was a relief to be with a friendly, responsive host. The place was great with lots of space. Nice pool area....we didn't get to use it because of the weather, but it looked lovely.

Great villa, really spacious and super well equipped! The pool was lovely and the communication from the host was perfect! The villa is located walking distance to a number of restaurants, supermarkets and of course the beach! I’d stay here again :)

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Concha; but it’s a house really in a quiet residential area. Very convenient for the Railway Station ( easy for Tavira and Faro) but a longer walk to the river front (15 mins) with plenty of lovely restaurants & cafes. The board walk is a pleasure and the boat trips over to the main beach across the river run all day at 1.5 euros. The pool was perfect & enjoyed our evenings outside with the BBQ. It was the outside space we liked best.The house was cool and dark but had all we needed. Traditional Portuguese. Fridge was good. Very modest inside but clean. We enjoyed bike hire & cycling to Tavira and down the cycle route along the coast. We used Pingo Supermarket. Fabulous choice of fish & meat. No car. Uber for 4 euros with our large shop. The weather was lovely and needed the pool! Our trip came together via Mark our host. His response to any query was quick. So helpful, reliable & obliging. Made our holiday. Thank you Mark.

Adoramos a estadia! Eramos um grupo de 13 pessoas e a casa respondeu a todas as necessidades, superando as espectativas. esta bem estimada e cuidada. D. Else se prontificou-se sempre para ajudar no que era necessário. O trajecto ate a praia e facil de fazer a pe mesmo com criancas. Obrigada D. Else por nos receber voltaremos com toda a certeza!

Hemos pasado una muy buena semana de vacaciones en este apartamento en Agosto. Estaba todo nuevo, muy bien cuidado y limpio. Dispone de todo lo necesario para el numero de personas indicadas en cuento a habitaciones, baños e utensilios. En resumen nos sentimos como en casa y la recomendariamos a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones.

Alojamiento perfecto, muy tranquilo y cómodo si viajas con peques. 100% recomendable!!

Fantastic spot, heated pool, super location and everything you need. We had 2 small children with us, one 4yrs old and the other 8mths, the facilities for a family were exceptional, kids kitchenette to play, child gate, baby bath, baby toilet seat, cot, feeding chair, sizable paddling area in the pool etc. Both children were catered for very well.
