Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

My guests and I had an excellent stay. Alex our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. He checked on us throughout our stay, communicated, and provided recommendations to restaurants and attractions within the area. The condos were in excellent condition, clean, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores.

Excelente alojamiento, muy cómodo y limpio, la mejor ubicación en Playa Del Carmen, cerca de la 5ta Avenida, tiendas, restaurantes y bares. Lo recomiendo 100%, esperamos volver pronto.

If I could give this home 10 stars I would. I hosted a bachelorette party of 10 ladies here at casa jaguar and we had more than enough space everyone was comfortable and each room has a full bathroom. One thing we really appreciated about our stay here was the safety of the community with there being 2 security check points to enter. Our hosts stayed in communication with us the whole time whenever we needed anything they answered very promptly. Ricardo booked our taxis for us and even had snacks for us upon arrival due to our long commute from the airport due to a car accident on the way. Whenever I’m in playa I will always book with Cancún BNB it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time staying at the house. The chef was unbelievable! The food was great, and the prices were outstanding. The house had plenty of room to hold all 13 of us. The walk to the beach was not to long about a 10 min walk after opening the gate. The kids loved the boogie boards and the swimming pools. The beds were all clean they were a bit hard, but nothing kept us from having a good time. We felt safe even with the kids walking. I would defiantly take this trip again.

My husband, children and grandchildren had a wonderful time staying here. The place is perfectly situated, within 5 walking minutes to the beach but tucked away in lush vegetation and quiet. The house is spacious with lots of places to gather but also to find privacy. We learned the ropes of getting from Playacar to the Main Street of playa del Carmen and then beyond. We walked around the very safe neighborhood and enjoyed the Mayan ruins and local flora and fauna. The house and garden were cleaned everyday leaving us free to relax and explore. Moy was incredibly helpful and responsive. This is a perfect place to enjoy Playacar and also to explore the many local attractions. It could not have been better!

This was an amazing location! With amazing amenities, staff and property. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Miso was very proactive in making our stay the best ever.

La casa es muy cómoda, fácil acceso, al principio estábamos un poco confundidos con la entrada pero Miriam nos resolvió rápidamente, la casa estaba limpia, sin duda volvería a rentarla

Alojamiento muy recomendable!! Oswaldo fue muy amable y flexible ante cualquier pedido o consulta, respondiendo muy rápidamente y con muy buena disposición. La casa es muy linda, amplia y cómoda, contaba con todo lo necesario y todo funcionaba correctamente. Muy buena experiencia.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

La casa coincide con la descripción, éramos 14 personas y nos sentimos muy agusto , si se escucha ruido por la noche , pero es normal por la zona , está a unos pasos de la 5ta avenida a nosotros no nos molestó , súper cerca de los mejores restaurantes , de coco bongo , de Walmart , del ferry , puedes hacer muchas cosas caminando , súper segura , con una terraza muy bonita , Eugenia siempre al pendiente de todo , la recomiendo mucho y con gusto volvería a hospedarme ahí

El lugar nos pareció increíble desde que llegamos, la atención del anfitrión siempre fue excelente, clara y con recomendaciones, nos ayudó en todo momento, y la casa súper cómoda, las almohadas y colchones eran perfectos para descansar luego de un día largo de tour, recomendados 100%

Three generations stayed at this home and had a wonderful week. It was about a half a mile walk to town and about 50 steps to the beach. We had from age 1 to age 60 and it was perfect for all of our needs. Good place to cook. A grill provided. We did choose to have our own van that we rented at the airport and it was easy to get around Playa. Beautiful view from the upper deck with table for eating and couches for lounging. A beautiful table right by the pool, lounging chair chairs a great space to enjoy the family. The three year-old was more than content to just play on the step in the pool when she wasn’t jumping and swimming with an adult.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble! Gabo siempre fue muy atento con nosotros, nos dio nuestra privacidad y estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. La casa es súper cómoda, tiene muy buenos espacios y una gran ubicación, se encuentra dentro de un fraccionamiento muy lindo cerca de lugares para comer, coincide totalmente con las fotos. Las habitaciones y baños están muy ordenados, limpios y con bonita decoración. La alberca amplia y limpia. Un alojamiento excelente para disfrutar en familia.

I don’t know where to began. Omar is an outstanding host, very helpful, and even made made awesome recommendations. I will definitely stay here again when I go back to Playa del Carmen. Thank you for the hospitality!!

Carlos made the stay 10x better, he is the security guard. Right down by the strip so a walk to anything. Giant place and was a very enjoyable trip!
