This was a great last minute rental. Maria was a great host and helpful with everything. I would rent from this group again and even consider buying a place for them to manage. I hope to visit again soon.

Yuri was a very thoughtful and gracious host and the condo was immaculate. The location was located in the heart of downtown Jaco with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The views from the balcony were fantastic and such a great sunset view from the private pool area, the beachfront walkway, or hanging on the beach with the surf instructors!

I had everything I needed and felt very safe and comfortable The view from the balcony was my favorite and I spent a lot of time there watching the ocean. I would definitely book this condo again.

Lugar cómodo para una pareja, sala, cocina, baño completo y cuarto, aire acondicionado, cocina equipada, el lugar es agradable y tranquilo, cruzar la calle y llegas a la playa. Fueron muy amables y todo muy bien.

My partner and I stayed here for two nights in April, this was her first visit to Jaco. We arrived a little later than expected, and security was very helpful getting me what I needed and pointed in right direction. Place was very welcoming and beautiful. We both loved the space, property, view and the curtains(which move by remote control). If we return to Jaco, and we probably will, I would not hesitate to book Jeans place again. This Airbnb is the perfect place if you want to stay by the beach, it’s literally just steps away. Check in and out was very easy and the room was very clean. However, there is a bar that plays loud music attached to the Airbnb. Personally, it didn't bother me whatsoever, and I even enjoyed being able to step out and get a drink, nevertheless, for those looking to go to bed early, it could be annoying (however, there are earplugs in the room just in case).

This is a wonderful place to stay right on the beach , enjoy the surf , beach walks and amazing sunsets . Antonio was very welcoming and was extremely hospitable and helpful especially as I was travelling solo made me feel right at home and comfortable .

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

The house and property were as described and expected and we were extremely happy with our stay! We were specifically looking for something outside of the typical tourist spots and Gary’s place did not disappoint. Gary specifically stated that the mosquito population at his house was low and he was absolutely right! Just a few tips and recommendations for other potential visitors. - The kayaks must be taken down the hill to the beach for each use for security reasons. We hesitated to use them until our last day for this reason but we wish we hadn’t. Gary made it very easy and he took them down on his car. It’s an easy paddle to some snorkeling and nice beach areas. You can avoid paying for parking and hauling gear. - there is a public road between the pool area and beach where locals like to park and hang out. Shrubbery gives visual privacy but you may hear music. This did not detract from our stay. Overall we absolutely recommend this house to others.

Beautiful home right on the beach with amazing host who was always right there to assist when needed. The home was immaculate and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The living room was a great relaxing spot and my favourite was the patio table overlooking the pool. We loved this home and you can tell the owner takes pride in hosting. We will be back at the first opportunity . Highly recommended. Thank you for an amazing few days!

Great apartment at a secure location. Pool just outside and access to the beach. Access to the casino next door with restaurant options and an even bigger pool. Can walk the street or beach to the downtown in 20 minutes or get a cab/Uber if the weather is too hot.

Excellent logement, très bien équipé. Literie confortable, propreté irréprochable. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Guillermo avec qui la communication a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons!

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

Primero que todo felicitar a Mary por la excelente atención y trato respetuoso que nos brindó en todo momento, el lugar es realmente hermoso y cerca de restaurantes y supermercados. El acceso a la playa es de 5 minutos caminado, solo cruzar una calle y estás disfrutando de los mejores atardeceres. El lugar es impecable y está provisto con todo lo necesario para una estadía placentera. Sin duda volveríamos a visitarlo!!

This place is very well located and beautiful view from the 8th floor. The condo is very nice, the pool is big and great for children. We had a great time and Ricardo was such an excellent host. We will definitely come back

We had such an amazing time here the private rooftop patio was so beautiful we drank our coffee up there every morning. The security was so friendly, we felt very safe. Everything was in walking distance… restaurants and grocery stores. Overall amazing would visit again.

We were very happy staying at the condo. Amazing balcony with the most gorgeous view of the Playa Blanca beach. The condo was filled with most everything you would need. Lots of nice beach blankets, full kitchen and the surprise was having house cleaners weekly. The host responded very quick was very nice. A little far from the main road but a beautiful beach and lovely condo! Also Macaws and monkeys every day!!!
