Best place in Cuba. The whole house is air conditioned and the air works even when there is no electricity because they have a power plant. Eduardo helped me with everything, he even let me a SIM card to be able to communicate when in Cuba. The lady that helps with the cleaning helped us wash our clothes and she was so nice. Great Casa particular. Can’t say enough good things. Book it. You won’t regret it. Thank you Eduardo for everything.

Carlos ist einfach zu nett und kümmert sich so dermaßen um seine Gäste!!!! Unfassbar! Vertraut ihm! Er will euch helfen und gibt super Tipps. Für jedes Problem hat er eine Lösung! Das ganze dann auch noch so nett und freundlich! Das hat unserem Start in den Urlaub so viel einfacher gemacht. Ohne ihm wäre alles so viel komplizierter geworden. Davon abgesehen ist das Haus so super schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, dass man sich in Havanna hineingezogen fühlt. Wir wünschen ihm nur das Beste und unendlich viele Gäste, die ihm Freude bereiten. Lasst euch auf das Abenteuer Kuba ein, verzeiht dem Land die Unannehmlichkeiten und genießt die schönen Seiten! Und ein guter Ausgangspunkt ist diese Unterkunft!!!

Tolle Unterkunft am Meer. Es ist einfach traumhaft schön jeden Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer seinen Kaffee zu genießen und am Abend den Sonnenuntergang sehen zu können. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, in der Nähe befinden sich auch ein paar empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Das Frühstück, welches uns zubereitet wurde war super. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unsere Hausdame Mare war immer für uns da, hat uns geholfen, die Unterkunft war super sauber und alles was wir benötigten war da. Alle die dort arbeiten, auch das Sicherheitspersonal, die am Abend die Unterkunft bewachen, waren toll und super liebe Menschen. Wer nach Kuba möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit dort.

Los dueños de la casa , Maby y su esposo Manuel fueron los mejores anfitriones que pudimos tener . Siempre atentos y dispuestos a atender a nuestras demandas nos hicieron sentir como si estuviéramos en nuestra propia casa, o mejor aún . La casa respondió con creces a lo que de ella esperábamos por la información de que disponíamos en esta aplicación . Sin duda si volvemos a La Habana será nuestra primera opción. 100% recomendable.

La estadía fue perfecta y el lugar muy limpio lo único en que tuvimos un poco de problemas fue con los apagones por todo lo demás fue muy bueno gracias por ser tan atenta

Estube una estancia de 17 días con la familia la atención impecable. Personas encantadoras. La casa expectacular con todas las comodidades céntrica y con supermercados. Restaurantes. Cerca. Estoy muy agradecida por la atención del personal de la casa. Y la Dueña. Repite re otra ves. Todo muy limpio ordenado. Volveré con mucho gusto

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

Maravilloso local ,una organización en todo al detalle , la vista muy Habanera en general me encantó el servicio. Les cuento de Raquel una señora muy preocupada por todo , y nos preparó unos desayunos de primera . 🥇 bueno yo me e quedado muy satisfecha al igual que mi esposo. This house is amazing for the views and comfort. The host and all that works there are super nice and helpful. They are humble and easy to communicate. The place is clean and comfortable. This was my first stay but I will come back for sure! I am addicted to the amazing malecón view. Highly recommended

I had a fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication was smooth and quick; they were super helpful and made check-in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent apartment stay. The place is very well located and close to restaurants and small stores. The electricity does not go out and neither does the water. Marcia, the owner helped arranged the transportation to and from the airport and helped arrange a day trip to Varadero. The apartment is very clean and the bedroom has AC and a TV. I would highly recommend this place.

The host Ramon was very attentive and responsive as well his assistant Alex was flexible with our check in hours and was always there to help out. Overall great place and location with good beds and living room and well set up bathrooms with hot water. The view is amazing but only limited due to on going building construction as the scalfolde obstructs 75% as well the front of the building is very old but highly secured to park our car on the street. Look forward to staying there again next time I visit.

Amazing space! KC took care of us from start to finish from ordering us taxes, find good rates for us and just being available for any mishap we experienced. She was super accommodating and responsive to any question or request we had. Our breakfast was wonderful everyday we had it ordered. Book the space if you’re unsure of how to navigate Havana, she will handle it!

Es mi tercera ves en el apartamento! Y como siempre me senti en casa! Tube un problema en mi llegada en mi horario ya que el auto que me entregaron en el aeropuerto nos dejo tirado en la 8 vias en la noche tarde tubimos que llmar a emergencia para un nuevo auto y eso tomo alrededor de 6 horas para todo el cambio se llamo el anfitrion y se le explico lo sucedido llegamos al apartamento a media noche! Pero todo estubo bien Rigoberto y Dora nos esperaron hasta esa hora. Mis disculpas para ellos! Ellos son personas increíblemente cariñosas y muy amables. Como siempre pes doy un 10/10

O apartamento é ótimo, mas diria para se atentarem aos apagões que acontecem na cidade, a host Lindy foi muito querida e nos avisava os horários que iam acontecer então conseguimos nos programar para sair de casa quando não tinha energia, apenas no último dia, tivemos que descer as malas de escada e foi bem chato, mas isso é totalmente fora do controle dos hosts! O ar condicionado é barulhento, mas funciona muito bem, única melhoria que eu apontaria são os travesseiros, de resto foi uma ótima hospedagem, tem restaurantes e bares em uns 10 minutos de caminhada e é super seguro!

It felt like stepping back in time, with mid-20th-century decor beautifully preserved while offering all the modern comforts needed for a relaxing stay. The space was not only charming but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail was impressive, creating a unique and timeless atmosphere. The breeze in the large balcony is amazing. The host, Enrique, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. He kept the space pristine, checked in regularly, and was incredibly accommodating. When my flight was delayed, he generously extended my stay at no extra cost. Internet access, often challenging in Cuba, was reliable 24/7. During our two-week stay, everything was perfect. On New Year’s Eve, Enrique even brought us food and treats, making it even more special. The best Airbnb I’ve stayed in!

Хорошая современная квартира с прекрасным видом на океан. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Большая кровать с удобным матрасом. В квартире чисто и уютно. Полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям.

Muchas gracias Nelson y Marcos por todo, siempre atentos y pendientes a nuestras necesidades, muy serviciales, gentiles, la zona tranquila y buena ubicación para trasladarse a cualquier lugar, me sentí como en casa, guardaré el contacto para un futuro viaje de regreso a la Habana.

RECOMENDABLE AL 100% - VOLVERE Marta y sus ayudantes son un encanto!! La casa es perfecta en el centro del Vedado, (mejor zona de la Habana), amplia, limpia, muy bien situada, bonitas vistas y la zona muy tranquila. Ascensor con generador (siempre funciona). La Wifi es muy buena y siempre funciona (un milagro para Cuba). La casa esta en un 9º con una gran terraza y muy buenas vistas. Hay varios restaurantes en la misma manzana (uno es 24Horas), la zona es muy tranquila y segura. Cerca de sitios como el Hotel Nacional (digno de tomar un mojito en la terraza), el Melia Habana libre, el Presidente (terraza para tomarse algo muy barata). GRACIAS POR TODO MARTA!!

Fomos muito bem recebidos por nossa anfitriã que nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. A habitação estava limpa e tinha bons utensílios de cozinha, além de secador de cabelo e lavadora de roupas. Recomendo muito esse lugar.

WOW! What an incredible apartment! We absolutely loved it! We only stayed one night on a stopover between Viñales and Trinidad, but we wish we could have stayed longer! It’s so beautifully designed, in a lovely neighbourhood and the cafe/bar on the balcony right outside the apartment is something special (the welcome drink is a very nice touch and we highly recommend the breakfast menu!) Orlando was super responsive, his instructions for finding the casa and checking in were really clear and the local host (Liz) was really helpful - she arranged our collectivo for the next morning with no issues. Thanks for making a brief overnight in Havana stay something VERY special!
