Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Carla's Cabana ~ Oceanfront, Balcony w/view & Pool

Carla's Cabana is a top floor condo in the sought after Sea Colony complex with it's beautiful pool, outdoor grill and green space area. Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the spacious deck overlooking the gorgeous sunrise listening to the rolling waves. The unit boasts an open floor plan with a King bed in the master, 2 twin bunks in the "cozy corner" alcove, and a Queen sofa bed. Full kitchen and dining table, washer/dryer in unit, all of the necessities for your perfect beach vacation!

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

Welcome to The Crabby Pad #2 at Carolina Beach. This freshly renovated, cozy beach pad is perfect for relaxing and enjoying all this area has to offer. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Tons of shopping, excellent restaurants, and bars within a short drive or walk from the Crabby Pad, This upper unit has a large front deck to relax and barbeque. Also golf carts are available to rent. The golfcarts are 75.00 per day/350.00 per week. We do allow up to 2 dogs @ a fee of $65 per dog.
