The apartment features one bedroom with a large comfortable double bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom (a tub, bidet, hair dryer and free toiletries), dining/living room (with a pull out sofa ) and a beautiful spacious balcony. It is located in a charming apartment-housing estate, in the city's elite residential area, within walking distance from the city centre as well as the elite Banje Beach (about 10 minutes), while the relaxing walk back will only take a little while longer. You can either follow the road or take a shortcut by stairs. You are probably familiar with the fact that most of Dubrovnik's residential area is situated on the slopes of Hill Srdj, above the Old Town. Being situated in this very area, our apartment thus offers you a perfect opportunity to enjoy the spectacular view of the island of Lokrum, the Old Town and its surroundings. Peace and quiet as well as breathtaking views are our strong points . We are close enough and yet far away from the city's hurly-burly. The place can be easily accessed by car /taxi at a very reasonable price, since the place is about 3 minutes' drive from the Old Town. Just go all the way up Bruna Bušića Street, where there is a guaranteed parking/garage spot in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. A bus stop is only 60 metres away by stairs or, if you are not into climbing stairs, another bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk away. All taxes, utility costs, air- conditioning, internet extension, bed linen, towels are included in the price. The apartment can accommodate 3 persons. BIG TERRACE AND AMAZING VIEW

This brand new apartment is located just besides to the entrance to the Old City. Just few steps and you are in the city or on the beach. Apartment has a big terrace and beautiful view on the sea, city walls and island Lokrum. It is also near to cable that goes to the mountain Srđ. To the main street Stradun you need just 1 minute, all souvenir shops, coffee bars and restaurants and reallly close. Near apartment you have bus number 10 that goes to little town Cavtat which is great to visit. For one day trip is really nice and relaxing. Also boat to island Lokrum is close and Lokrum must be seen, nature there is great, you have botanic garden and many nice places to swim, not so crowded. It has a one double bed bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room with two sofa beds. Internet, air condition and all equipment you need for you stay.
