Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. My place is midway between Muizenberg and the City center. Public transport options are numerous: train, bus and taxi and of course Uber will get you anywhere! I offer a perfect spot that positions you between the City and V&A Waterfront (leading to the colder seas of Sea Point and Camps Bay areas) and the warm beach front (Muizenberg, Kalk Bay etc.) The apartment has a separate and completely private entrance and includes a small private garden with an outdoor dining area. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Nestled amidst treetops on the slopes of Signal Hill, braai on the deck or curl up on the couch in front of the log-fired stove and soak in views of Table Mountain.
