This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). It is situated about 500m from the sea (airline distance). The house consists of 2 double bed rooms, a living room (with TV), a kitchen and a bathroom-on 1st floor and 2 double bed rooms (with TV), a bathroom and a small kitchen - on 2nd floor. Enjoy a peaceful holiday with beautiful views of the sea and islands and the magnificent mountain Biokovo.
