This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Just down our road (300m,~5min walk) there are several beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, café&bars, and a bus stop that connects directly Split old center with our neighborhood

De villa beschikt over vele voorzieningen die nodig zijn voor een kwaliteitsvakantie, zoals een buitenzwembad, een hot tub, een zonneterras met ligstoelen, een eethoek in de openlucht en een barbecue. Op de begane grond bevindt zich een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, terwijl er op de eerste verdieping 4 slaapkamers zijn, elk met airconditioning, tv en een eigen badkamer. Het ontbijt is bij de prijs inbegrepen.
