Great host. Very responsive. Great place. Kitchen was full of utensils, like pots and pans. Nice location. Easy access to the highway.

This was a great place to stay! The house seemed well cared for, and everything was comfortable. We didn't have much need to get in contact with the hosts, but the one time we had a question, they were extremely responsive. They were also proactive about checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed! One detail that I would have liked to know, that was not clear from the listing, was that the backyard is not fully fenced in. It wasn't that big of a deal, but we were traveling with small children, and it's nice to have an enclosed outdoor space for them!

Sarah‘s house was perfect for our weekend in Murphy, as our friends live there. Sarah was very quick to respond to my messages and sent her handyman over right away to get the bathroom light switch to work. Kitchen was great! We didn’t use the hot-tub or outdoor area because there were several places to gather, talk and relax inside. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Plenty of towels, too. The Nest thermostat made it easy to adjust the temp at night. She was thoughtful to provide snacks when we arrived late our first night. The house is very large and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked perfectly for our needs and with some minor updating, it will be an awesome house! Great communication with me from beginning to end. Would love to stay there when we visit Murphy again.

Gerber siempre estuvo al pendiente de nuestras dudas , nos ayudó en todo momento con algunos aspectos de la casa y nos recibió con un pecan pie . Toda la estancia fue muy agradable e incluía todo para poder cocinar, sartenes,platos jabones de lavar trastes , para bañar y para lavar ropa. Contaba con muchas toallas y pudimos disfrutar de la alberca así como el Jacuzzi.Nos sentimos agusto como en casa.

We loved the place and was perfect for all 12 of us to stay and close to our daughter’s wedding venue. The host was great and very responsive. We loved how nice and quiet it was and plenty of space inside and outside.

Had a fantastic experience. The home was spacious and beautifully furnished, set on 5 acres of stunning, well-maintained grounds. The AC worked perfectly, unlike the last place i stayed at… a comfortable stay even in texas heat. the hot water also was an issue at my last rental.. not here… the hot water was great, making for refreshing showers. The property felt very safe, adding to the overall peace of mind. There was a great selection of board games and card games, which provided plenty of entertainment with me and my family. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! also the home owner is very responsive when asked questions and very nice

Place is amazing! Everything is freshly updated; kitchen is incredible, bathrooms are amazing, backyard is super inviting. Also he left a pound of ground beef from his own ranch... Like what?! Bryan was gracious enough to allow me and my friends to have my bachelor party weekend here, what a guy. We did have to adjust our plans since he wouldn't allow tigers or strippers, but we understood. Business is business after all. All jokes aside; great host, great home, and I highly recommend.
