staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

We rally enjoyed staying at Pierluigi’s house. The house was very clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the view of the Sea from the garden. Pierluigi is a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with, and very helpful, giving us advice as to where to eat, or which places to visit. I wish we were able to stay longer!

Superbe séjour chez Alessandra qui est très réactive, serviable et amicale. La petite villa est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle et un accès à la plage et à la crique par des escaliers (facile à descendre...un peu plus difficile à remonter). La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, il y a tout ce qu'il faut en équipement (même un parasol pour la plage), la literie est très confortable. Le barbecue est très pratique et le jardin (avec douches extérieures) a un charme fou avec de belles plantes et de la vieille pierre. Il est très agréable et reposant. A 1 km on retrouve un centre commercial avec une bonne boucherie et poissonnerie, un restaurant/pizzeria, un bar/tabac. La plage est superbe avec une petite plage privée ou on peut se restaurer pour pas cher. Un séjour de rêve... Je recommande à 1000%

We were here with our 1 1/2 year old daughter and felt totally at ease from the very first moment. The furnishings and equipment are beautiful, minimalist, stylish and as good as new. From the baby crib to the beach equipment, everything you need is there. In addition to the beach, which is within walking distance, all the beautiful bays can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Shopping facilities are about 20 minutes away by car. Isa is a truly exceptional host. She was always immediately available and always provided us with recommendations. It is so pleasant to communicate with her. Thank you very much for the good time!

This villa offers a very special vacation experience, and we (two families) spent a wonderful week here in October. The Villa has a spectacular setting on a hillside with an expansive view of the ocean and surrounding area. All aspects of this Villa are maintained in pristine condition - the interior spaces, furniture, pool, and the spectacular garden landscaping surrounding the home. Tatiana is a very responsive and friendly host, and offers great recommendations and booking support. Car rental is essential for the Villa. There is a beautiful beach walking distance away, but most sites, restaurants and shopping require a car.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

We had the most incredible time here as a family of four. Even the photos don’t do the view justice, simply breathtaking and so many different spots around the villa that give a different perspective of the stunningly beautiful view - all this was topped off by the amazing sunsets every evening. We fell in love with Sardinia, though the villa was the standout gem. We felt so lucky being in such a loved home. The pool, the grounds, the seating areas…just prefect! We can’t thank our hosts enough, always so helpful, giving us tips and so responsive if we needed help with anything. We really can’t fault anything - we’re already planning when we can return again! Thank you for the most magical holiday!

The first thing that captivates you when you arrive at the villa is the stunning view and the vista. The mountain background coupled with the west facing sunset view of the water and the beach…. Never got old. The villa itself is comfortable - we were two families 7 total, with 3 kids…. Perfect fit for all of us. Outdoor space is spectacular and there’s enough room inside to really spread out. We used the ‘il forno’ and had some sunset dinners - bellisimo! Will definitely visit again!

Virkelig god, sød og opmærksom vært, der kom med kager, sodavand og chokolade til vores børn. Huset var fint, og det lå 2 minutter fra en lækker strand samtidigt med, der også var en lækker pool. Som det eneste negative var vi ikke opmærksomme på at skulle betale el regning.

Wonderful place to stay – the sea is so close! The villa’s garden is simply beautiful. There’s also a great restaurant nearby. A quiet and lovely place!

Der Aufenthalt in dem schönen Haus von Antonio und seiner Familie haben wir als Gruppe von sieben Leuten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Die liebevolle Einrichtung, die tolle Terrasse und der Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Anfang an herzlich in Empfang genommen. Alles wurde uns sorgfältig erklärt und gezeigt. Auch während des Aufenthalts war Antonio erreichbar und hat tolle Tips für Restaurants, Strände und Co. gegeben. Vielen Dank an dich Antonio für den tollen Urlaub.

Schönes Appartement direkt am Meer mit eigenem Strandzugang. Es war wunderschön jeweils den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben und am Abend zum rauschen der Wellen einzuschlafen. Das Apartment entspricht völlig den Beschreibungen, ist sehr sauber und war optimal für uns als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüsst und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man aber rasch in dem kleinen Städtchen Pula wo man alles Nötige findet. Wir werden sicher eines Tages wiederkommen.

Our stay at Maria Elena's was relaxing. BEAUTIFUL view of the beaches, relaxing, only 3 minute walk from the ocean...sandy beach, calm atmosphere The place is conveniently located close to other small towns and city of Cagliari...so lots to explore!

I have just spent 10 days at Alessandra's apartment .The apartment was just as described and looked in the photos.The apartment has absolutely everything you could wish for and is clean spacious .The weather in October was amazing and any little problem that arose was sorted on the phone right away.The host is available any time by phone or text. One thing you need to get around is transport a bike scooter or car .

Le logement proposé par Michele et Stephania est conforme à l'annonce. Tout y est très propre et très carré. Le quartier est d'un calme olympien (mi aout jusqu'à début septembre). Jolie petite terrasse avec douche extérieure, BBQ, voile d'ombrage. les climatisations sont toutes fonctionnelles et très appréciées. Une plage très calme avec sable et galets est bien à 5mn à pied. Les autres très belles plages du sud Sardaigne sont entre 15 et 30 mn en voiture. Pula avec ses restaurants et commerces à 5 / 10 mn en voiture. le port est à 10 mn à pied, il n'y a pas grand chose à y faire mise à part boire un verre ou manger une pizza. Il y a des locations de bateaux et des départs d'excursion et également une pharmacie. Cagliari est à 30 mn. Les hôtes sur demande peuvent vous préparer des mets locaux. Ils sont tout les deux adorables et prêts à vous rendre service et répondent à toute vos questions. Communication parfaite en Italien, anglais et français. Allez y les yeux fermés. Bravo et Merci

Marilinda's house has lots of character and was just right for us. The location and close proximity to the sea, along with the beautiful interior spaces made our holiday extra special. As a party of 3 adults, we really enjoyed the spaciousness of the house, and each had a double room to ourselves. The furnishings were both tasteful and charming and the outdoor spaces -2 balconies and a terrace offered great places to sit and eat together. The views over the bay were fantastic from the balconies and hearing the sounds of the sea was very relaxing and special. It was particularly lovely having a pathway and steps directly from the house down to the rocky shore from which you can reach the beach. We were met by Valeria who was welcoming and helpful, providing local advice for trips etc. Marilinda was also very informative, responsive and helpful, leaving us a welcome basket for the first morning. We really enjoyed staying at the house and would very much like to return to stay again.

We stayed in this beautiful villa from 19/09 to 28/09/24 and had a wonderful, joyful vacation in Sardinia. Silvia is a very nice host, made us feel very welcome and allowed us to check in early. The property is very clean, the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The garden is stunning. All the beach bars, coffee shops are within walking distance. The beach and the beautiful sea are just across the road. Only minor issues - mosquitoes flew in, perhaps it would be a good idea to install screens on the windows of both bathrooms. Le logement proposé par Andrea est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé, situé à proximité du centre de Cagliari (20 min en voiture) et de l'axe routier principal. Il correspond très bien aux personnes de taille moyenne (1m60-1m70) !

This place is a little slice of paradise. Waking up and looking out the upstairs balcony and eating breakfast in the sunshine every morning was lovely. We traveled a little bit before everything nearby was open in terms of restaurants, but Cagliari is only a 45 minute drive from the house and there are other nearby villages to shop at. We were able to prepare meals in the kitchen. There is plenty of cookware. The home is a short walk to a small beach which we went to everyday.
