Leonora hat mich herzlich empfangen, sie ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist geräumig, in hervorragendem Zustand und bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Möbel und Gebrauchsgegenstände sind liebevoll und mit viel Geschmack ausgesucht. Man ist in dieser herrlichen Naturumgebung völlig ungestört, eine echte Erholung! Ich werde sicher bald wiederkommen!

Ruhig und traumhaft in der Nähe zum Strand gelegenes Haus. Sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr schneller und freundlicher Kontakt. Fantastisch, um eine gute Zeit im Süden Sardiniens zu verbringen.

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist total ruhig und wunderschön. Nach Cagliari fährt man 30 min und kann dort shoppen, gut essen und Museen besuchen. Daniel ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber und wir haben uns von Minute eins wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind top und der Pool ein Traum. Man sollte ein Auto nutzen, dass mit einer etwas steinigen Straße umgehen kann. Danke an Daniel und Pierpaolo und bis bald.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Wir hätten eine sehr schöne Zeit und konnten in Ruhe entspannen. Traumhafte Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Super Kommunikation mit dem Host (Raffaella). Als Willkommensgeste gab es frische, leckere Foccacia aus der Region und eine Flasche Wein. Interessante Aufteilung der Zimmer. Diese sind alle getrennt zugänglich in unterschiedlichen Aufteilungen. So ist das Badezimmer bspw. über den äußeren Innenhof/Flur erreichbar, was uns bei dem überwiegend trockenen Wetter nicht störte. Tipp: Google Maps nicht immer vertrauen. Lieber die asphaltierten Hauptstraßen nehmen, als einen der vorgeschlagenen Schotterwege, von Google, die vom Haus z.B. in den Norden führen. Der Mietwagen wird es euch danken. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder besuchen und jedem empfehlen, der einen Ort der Erholung sucht.

Wer Ruhe, eine wilde und intakte Natur sucht, ist bei Simona perfekt untergebracht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, der Strand nur einige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die beiden Terrassen laden je nach Witterungsbedingungen zum Verweilen ein. Carlo, der Hausmeister, hilft bei jedem Anliegen weiter. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens witerempfehlen!

Perfekte Unterkunft in totaler Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer langen, kleinen Straße in paradiesischer Umgebung. Natur, Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nach kurzer Autofahrt einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Aber auch lange Spaziergänge direkt ab Unterkunft in malerischer Umgebung sind zu empfehlen. Liebenswerte, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Ich komme gern wieder und kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

A tengerhez közel kerestünk szállást, a repülőtèrről taxival közelítettük meg. Nagyon jól felszerelt, tágas, tiszta, kènyelmesen elfèrtünk hatan. Közelben Coop üzlet, 12 percre a buszmegálló. Cagliariba a PF sárga busszal mentünk, kb. 50 perc az út. Martina édesapja fogadott, elmagyarázott mindent. A hűtőben ásványvizek, az asztalon narancs ès citrom bősègkosara volt. Ami 1 kicsit hiányzott, hatunknak kevès volt a wifi.

Super gospodarz!!! Piękny, w pełni wyposażony apartament, bardzo ciekawy architektonicznie, bardzo czysto i wygodnie, działająca klimatyzacja i ogrzewanie, tak naprawdę czuliśmy się jak we własnym domu. Gospodarz przywitał nas poczęstunkiem, lodówką z napojami i ciastem, naprawdę wszytko tam było !!! Kontakt z gospodarzem cudowny, odpowiada szybko na wiadomości, nie wiem co jeszcze pisać bo nie starczy miejsca, ale jak ktoś wybierze ten apartament to będzie miło zaskoczony!!! ❤️ gorąco polecam!!! 🌸🫶🥰

Wir waren (3 Freunde) zum Klettern und Wandern in Baunei und haben uns in Elias Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die sehr große Terrasse mit dem Wahnsinns Blick hat uns allzeit begeistert. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt und Bars und Restaurants. Alles in paar Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung von Alberto ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr angenehm. Der Ort ist sonnig und ruhig, die Eltern nebenan äußerst herzlich und zuvorkommend. Es gab die besten Zitrusfrüchte direkt aus dem Garten! Grazie mille!

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et propre, jouissant d’une jolie vue sur les dunes. La plage magnifique est à 10 minutes à pieds. Nicolas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Marco was the perfect host from the time of booking till the end of our stay. Clear communication and very responsive. The apartment is well located for those wanting east access to historic Cagliari. Beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. I highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Wunderbare Villa mit geräumigen Outdoor Bereich. Der beheitzte Pool, die Tischtennis Platte und der Kicker sind ein Highlight für Kinder. Der Ausblick in die Berge ist grandios und man hat seine Ruhe, da die Ville etwas abgelegen ist.

Gloria and the Villa are both great. The villa is located a good walking distance to the local sandy beach with beach bar and easy hike to a beautiful rocky cove with crystal clear waters you can jump/dive into. There are numerous other beautiful beaches all within a easy 40min drive. Gloria was always on hand and swiftly answered any questions and recommendations we asked. Would 100% recommend

È stato un soggiorno fantastico e la descrizione di Simone come superhost è azzeccatissima!. Molto gentile attento e disponibile alle nostre richieste . La casa è come descritta ideale per famiglie e vicinissima al mare . Ci siamo trovati benissimo ..ed è uno di quei posti dove ci tornerei volentieri.

La casa è splendida. Il soggiorno è stato oltremodo piacevole. Lisetta e suo marito sono persone affabili, distinte ed ospitali. È stato un piacere essere ospiti e replicherò sicuramente.

prachtige woning met erg mooie en ruime tuin en groot zwembad. extra leuk is ook tafeltennis, poolbiljart en tafelvoetbal zodat ook oudere kinderen meer dan genoeg te doen hebben. in nabijheid van mooie stranden en Cagliari wat maakt dat je veel dingen kan doen

Lage top und Aussicht fantastisch! Das Innere ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Küche. Der Vermieter ist supernett, vielen Dank für das Nachsenden des Ladegerätes. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.
