Without a doubt, this is a great spot if you need some ocean therapy. Wake up, open the shade, and you feel like you’re beaching it within the dwelling. This is very much a classic beach house. To book it is to know that you’re spending your time out on the sand or at the nearby spots, without much expectation for your living space. The patios are really great, and made my trip ideal. The neighbors are also really nice. I’d definitely book again!

Hands down this is probably one of the BEST AirBnB's I've ever stayed in! The place is beautiful and in a heavenly location. There so many cool touches and details in the apartment, we barely wanted to leave but for the ocean outside! Kostas was super responsive and accommodating and a wonderful host.

This place was exactly as described in the listing. Comfortable with all we needed to enjoy our vacation. It was close to everything. We parked our car and walked everywhere and had a great time at the pool and in the Jacuzzi. The rooftop views and the views from the unit itself where amazing. We would love to stay here again!

It doesn't get much better than this. You can watch the ocean all day from 5 floors up. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

My daughter and I had a great time! Your place is in an awesome location, esp being so close to beach/ocean! Loved that! Dan was very flexible/nice about Check in time and Check out time, which was very helpful!! The bed was soft/comfy. The only negative thing I could say was the “walking around noise” at times, being on lower level of an occupied upper level, especially noticeable in the early morning! We did have a noise machine that we brought, so that helped! (I did read about the foot traffic, once or twice, in other reviews, but overall, definitely still a very recommendable place!).

We were in town for a conference at the convention center and we couldn’t have had a better stay! Charlotta’s place was beautiful, very clean, spacious and relaxing!

We loved Diana’s place. Great proximity to Mission Bay for daily walks. The unit was really comfortable. She thought of everything. A great workspace for your computer with dual monitors, super comfy bed, enjoyed the hot tub, plenty of coffee, a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels and bikes. We would love to come back next year.

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Best experience here! Roof top patio with views of both the ocean and bay. Close by amenities and chill vibe. We appreciated the full kitchen and multiple bathrooms. Best part was how close the beach is. There are beach toys and lawn chairs and available towels. This property is a gem. We hope to return one day.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in San Diego. The location is unbeatable right on the beach with good views. There are tons of great food places within a 5-minute walk, which made it super convenient. The host was fantastic, responding quickly to any questions and even recommending some awesome food spots. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach getaway.

Amazing experience for a young family of 4. The home has everything you need and more. I would highly recommend staying at Harry’s property as he has thought of everything that a family would need during their stay. The location is spectacular as it’s located between the boardwalk and the main road. Beautiful finishes, interior space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a garage for your vehicle! We couldn’t ask for more. Harry was very responsive to questions prior to our stay and checked in with us during our stay.

The place was perfect for our family which included a 22 month old. The hosts thought of everything one could need! Used the stroller everyday to walk to the beach boardwalk just down the walkway and to Bay boardwalk just across the street. Super clean, comfortable and one of the top AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend!!

This was our second stay at this delightful home. It has the ideal location, just across the walkway from the bay side beach. And a quick walk across the street to the ocean side. The kids played for hours in the sand, we rented bikes and rode all around Mission Bay, and enjoyed sitting out on our porch and watching the world go by. The house is well stocked with what we needed. With three stories there’s plenty of room to spread out, have some privacy if needed, or hang out on the main floor with a great big dining table and comfortable living room.

Stayed here for our anniversary with our pup and enjoyed every moment from check in to check out. Place was insanely clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It’s in the perfect location with the beach and tons of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. 10/10 stay and would definitely book again. Thank you Ricardo !

Beautiful home and location with ocean views in La Jolla. Short uber ride to downtown and several great restaurants within walking distance and a fantastic beach! Would highly recommend!

Very nice condo with outstanding views of the ocean. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and clubs, as well as to drive to many attractions across the city very easily within 30 minutes. Having the assigned parking spot was especially nice. We would definitely stay at Maria's condo again.

This was a great location, we loved being right on the beach and the walking path. The apartment was easy to access and had everything we needed, including walkable restaurants and parking. Tina was responsive, and helped us to find everything we needed.

Amazing stay in a gorgeous home. We especially loved all the beach 🏖️ gear - made our stay so fun and easy. If you aren’t familiar with the area, this is the only beachfront high rise building in PB. The views are incredible. The furnishings are absolutely gorgeous too- felt like a magazine. We can’t wait to come back !

We had an amazing stay. Chris was very responsive. The view is incredible. Hearing the waves is soothing. The place is kids friendly with toys and books that are very fun. The area has lots of food choices. It takes just a few mins to be right on the beach. He has a wagon and beach toys. This was a very hassle free, enjoyable stay with our three little kids. No one wanted to leave.

We loved our stay! The pictures, description, and positive guest reviews are accurate: this is a beautiful, clean condo with comfortable beds and stunning views. It was perfect for our family trip (three people) and could accommodate a larger group, too. The location is close enough to local restaurants/activities without being so close as to hear the commotion. We saw dolphins from the balcony on multiple occasions and even spotted a whale! Perfect location whether you are active or inactive. My 84 yr old husband and I were grateful for the elevator and the amazing views from anywhere in the Condo. He could sit on the couch & watch the surfing schools, the families on the beach & those strolling along the cement pathway below, while I could get out & strech my legs & be part of the beach scene. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, even for my husband who used a cane. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to eat in for some meals. Gated parking & elevator are game changers for anyone wanting to enjoy this area! Perfect for families or old folks like us! Host is an amazing, communicator with helpful suggestions. Highly recommend!

Richard’s place was perfect for the six of us including 2 kids ages 3 and 1. The place was squeaky clean. We appreciated that there was a high chair and plenty of toys to keep our kids occupied. There was also a pack and play available. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to prepare meals to eat there and on the go. There were even plastic plates, cups and utensils for our kids to use. We highly recommend this place especially for families and would love to stay here again!

Let's just start off with the best feature - the view! You really can't beat it. You are right on the ocean and it's the entire view floor to ceiling. The place was super clean and very comfortable. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe and the place felt very roomy to me. I was working and the wifi was strong and it was lovely to hear the ocean waves in the background. The parking spot was the best in the lot. Nick was super communicative and helpful. You're on the north side of PB so it's quieter and not in the middle of it all, which I appreciated but still walking distance to all you need. Drift Coffee is great BTW. Will definitely be back!
