Really nice host and the place was lovely

The views of the bay from the condo were amazing and it was quiet and peaceful. We spent Easter there and saw 5 rainbows in a matter of 2 hours the morning before checkout. The two restaurants on site are good and it’s a short drive down to Hanalei Bay. The hosts were helpful and responsive.

It was so convenient to have the pool and beach at our doorsteps almost. It was very pleasant walk to get there and this was particularly appreciated given we stayed here with 3 kids under 7 years old. Poipu is a great town.

The AirBnB is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Very close to the main beaches from the North side and with beautiful views all around. The neighborhood pool is also great

Jason is an absolute gem of a host - open line of communication with very quick and timely responses; super informative and helpful with suggestions/recommendations. His listing was exactly as posted :) We will definitely be booking with him again in the future!

We had a really nice stay and the surroundings were beautiful and quiet. All of us, including our toddler, slept really well here. The location was also convenient - just a short drive to great restaurants and beaches.

Just as beautiful as the pictures. Very responsive to questions and the location can’t be beat! Kids loved the pool and the whole family had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay at our condo in Princeville. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Everything was as described and Larry was very responsive with any questions we had. The location was right in the heart of princeville near the shops, restaurants and grocery. We enjoyed morning walks/runs along the nearby trail to the ocean and enjoyed the mountain views every morning!

Beautiful place to stay for any occasion with your significant others. Beach front view, beach access with in walking distance, sights to see, shops close by, and amazing food near as well. 10/10 recommend this lil beach getaway

Passt..alles da was man braucht..sauber ,,Lob an die Dame die noch am reinigen war als wir angekommem sind ..der Parkplatz war nicht zu finden ..man hatte die falsche Nummer aufgemalt..mussten lange suchen aber auf Nachfrage wurde das Problem gelöst..insgesamt ist die Unterkunft aber sehr empfehlenswert

I really enjoyed my stay at Sarah's place in Peinceville. It was easy enough to find and everything matched the description. It was helpful to have the fridge on the lanai as then you don't get the noise overnight. It was compact but had everything needed for a few days stay. If I come back I'd not hesitate to stay again.

Great value for a two bedroom, two bath condo. Great location. Could use a poolside bar. Condos are warm but manageable without the $20 a day AC charge.

It isn't often you stay at an Airbnb that is perfect and exactly what you paid for, but this was one of those times. The pictures do not give the view justice. Sunrises here are surreal. The condo is freshly renovated with tasteful touches. This was the perfect place to spend the first half of our honeymoon on Kauai!

Excellent home base for exploring Kauai. Very close to Hanalei, which has tons of restaurants and shops) and several lovely beaches, and it's easy to drive anywhere on the island within 2 hours. Shelby was a great communicator and the condo was super comfortable, especially the bed! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place. Perfect for me and my husband and two kids! We loved it! Clean, great location, and having beach chairs, and a small cooler was nice for beach days!

We felt so peaceful with this Airbnb. The view is beautiful with partial ocean view in the living room. We didn't encounter any noise during our stay and the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The A.C. in the bedroom is quite fast and effective. i was able to successfully have two hair and makeup trials and the natural light and space was perfect. The kitchen is surprisingly very VERY well stocked for an Airbnb. We extensively cooked because of our specific diet and the kitchen was not lacking whatsoever. Salad spinner, pyrex containers, large mixing bowls, small and large pots and pans, tea kettle and electric kettle, etc. The parking situation is the only downside as most covered parking stalls have ton of spider webs. One open spot is present in front of the place but sometimes it gets taken. It's a beautiful place with great value.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It is located in a beautiful area. We are a family of four and everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The host was wonderful. He provided a thorough guidebook which helped us to find local restaurants and activities. My husband reached out to Eric while we were there, and he was very happy to help us. It was a great vacation, and we would definitely stay here again.

Great place in Kauai! Room has everything we needed for our stay; located conveniently next to a plaza with a grocery store and a couple of restaurants/bars; and Jared answered all our questions very promptly.

My family of 4 (including two teenagers) really loved staying here! Princeville was the right choice for us - away from the busier parts of the island but plenty close to everything we wanted to see and do. The condo fit our needs perfectly. The beds and pillows were comfy, and the tower fans kept the space just the right temperature - in fact, I ordered a few for my house! We especially loved the lanai for morning chats, listening to the birds, and enjoying breakfast. My teens loved the pool, and it was close by. The kitchen had everything we needed, and I appreciated the ease of running a load of laundry. This was a lovely place to stay, and I hope to return someday!

In One Word WOW!!! The view from the lanai is spectacular! Enjoyed our morning coffee from Positive Coffee watching the birds & light change on the mountains The bed is super comfy!! And the beach gear provided was great!! The pool was nice for an afternoon dip!! And so worth the walk(or you can get transportation) down to the beach for the sunset. The grounds are amazing with beautiful plants and flowers and both restaurants were enjoyable on the property. One of my favorite places I have stayed and we will be back again!!!:)
