The fully equipped kitchen has cookware and everything else you need for a homey stay. There is also a small TV with Netflix in the bedroom. Tram 42 stops 100m away and takes 10 min to the centre. There are two supermarkets and some nice cafes in the area.

The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
