Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

Nuestro piso esta ubicado en el tercer piso de un edificio histórico del siglo XIV, accesible con ascensor. Éste cuenta con dos dormitorios accesibles por separado, un baño y un servicio, y una cocina que también puede utilizarse durante la estancia. Nosotros vivimos habitualmente en él y lo alquilamos cuando no estamos en Viena. La mayoría de las atracciones de Viena son accesibles a pie y el metro mas cercano (U2 Rathaus) se encuentra a 200m de distancia.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Animals are also part of the family; one cat and a chicken with whom you are welcome to interact. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.
