Sie befindet sich nur 7 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Neulengbach entfernt. Zugverbindung nach Wien Zentrum ist optimal, allerdings zum Flughafen kompliziert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock . Wir wohnen im Trakt daneben im Erdgeschoss. Wir stehen euch gerne auch für Tipps und Fragen zur Verfügung oder einen kleinen Plausch.

Unser kuscheliges Häuschen aus den 60er-Jahren wurde innen komplett renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es liegt idyllisches eingebettet in einer kleinen Siedlung nahe dem Wienerwald und ist bequem erreichbar mit der Buslinie 52A, die im Viertelstundentakt von Wien Hütteldorf (U4, Schnellbahn, ÖBB) fährt. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten, weiters ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essecke und einem toprenovierten Bad mit grosser Dusche.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines zweistöckigen Einfamilienhauses. Das Haus mit Garten liegt am Waldrand, 1,5 km vom Bahnhof Stockerau und 10 Radminuten vom Donauradweg entfernt. Das Haus grenzt an den Auwald, der sich bestens zur Erholung eignet. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern mit insgesamt drei Betten, und einem kleinen Wohnzimmer.
