Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Politischer Bezirk Tulln

La ubicación era perfecta, teníamos el metro a poco minutos y era tranquila la zona. El apartamento estaba muy bien por el precio. Si tuviera que poner alguna pega solo sería que al no haber puertas en las habitaciones se escucha todo. Pero en general está muy bien.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Gerne kommen wir wieder zurück und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Danke Michael, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften.

Super Wohnung in einer idealen Lage, ruhig und naturnah (Parks und Wienerwald in der Nähe) und trotzdem mit sehr guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Franz war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic —super close to U3 that will take you to the city centre. Groceries are right across the street. The place was very cozy and tidy, and it had everything we needed for our stay. Sophie was very nice, helpful, and responsive. We stayed in December, but the place was nice and warm, there was an additional heater, but we didn't need it. It's a very quiet neighborhood, felt safe and we had our privacy. Thank you so much! Recommended.

Wir waren zwei Pärchen und haben den Aufenthalt bei Michi sehr genossen. Unkompliziert & lieb 😊 Die Dachwohnung ist urig und gemütlich mit einer kleinen Küche, die alles hat, was es braucht ☕️😊 Selbst den grossen Garten hätten wir mit nutzen dürfen. Wir danken Michi und seiner bezaubernden Hündin Ani sehr und freuen uns auf einen nächsten Besuch in Purkersdorf.

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

Квартира Елены очень хорошая, уютная, оборудована всем самых необходимым для комфортного проживания. Продуманы все мелочи, которые могут понадобиться путешественнику включая зонтик и заканчивая солнцезащитный крем. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда для приготовления еды, было приятно найти вкусный кофе и чай, оливковое масло и приправы. Все фотографии соответствуют. Очень удобные кровати. Район тихий, просыпались под пение птиц) квартира находится в 9 районе Вены. Добираться достаточно легко, рядом линия трамвая и в пяти минутах метро. До центра ( оперный театр) занимает минут 30( две ветки метро) Спасибо Елене за гостеприимство. При заселении нас ждали свежие тюльпаны

Everything we needed for a great stay in Vienna. The house is not in the centre, but there lots of easy to use transport options right on your doorstep.

Great value for money. The house was clean and spacious, and communication with the host was easy. Would recommend to all!

Super Unterkunft! Wir waren mit unseren Windhunden freundlich empfangen worden und haben uns super wohlgefühlt - sehr nett eingerichtet, schöne saubere Zimmer und Badezimmer. Alles da was man braucht. Schöne Terrasse, wo auch die Hunde draußen sein konnten - da eingezäunt. Alles rundherum sehr schön!

Ubytování bylo moc hezké, moderní a také v docela blízké vzdálenosti od Vídně. Moc se nám to tu líbilo, ani nám nevadilo že nejsme přímo ve Vídni. Až sem pojedeme příště, určitě si zařídíme tohle ubytování znovu.

The house is absolutely amazing—such a perfect escape after a stressful work life. It’s cozy, homey, and just the kind of getaway I needed. The space is warm, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. You can tell a lot of care has gone into maintaining it. The owner was also super responsive and available whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even smoother. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home—I definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. Highly recommend staying here, and we would love to come back in the future!

The flat is very cool and lot of space, the garden is so pretty, near of the subway, it's easy to go the city center. I recommand

We had an amazing stay here with a group of four (2 adults, 2 children under 10). The apartment itself was lovely. It's the host's home, so it felt like a real home, not a soulless hotel room. There were beautiful plants, personal touches (like Christmas decorations, movie posters), and a well-equipped kitchen. The location was amazing - easy to get to from the airport and a short trip on Vienna's world class transit to anywhere you want to go. The Westbahnhof was a quick walk (5-10 minutes), which meant easy access to multiple U-Bahn routes. Even more convenient was the Bim (tram or streetcar) 2 minutes around the corner on Urban-Loritz Platz. From here we could catch a short ride to anywhere, including central Vienna & Schloss Schönbrunn. There are multiple grocery stores nearby. There was an elevator up to the unit, so easy access for anyone with mobility challenges. Andi was easy to contact, quick to answer, and gave us good advice. Would 100% stay here again if available!

A beautiful place in a perfect location. Peter was always helpful and responsive. I had no problems at the place for the entire month I stayed in. I would recommend for a couple or even one person staying for a short or long term.

Un vrai petit cocon, décoré avec soin et très bien équipé, on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Le logement est bien situé pour visiter Vienne. Deux possibilités pour rejoindre Vienne : trajet en train ou en voiture jusqu'au P+R hutteldorf (4,50 € la journée). Ensuite, le métro vous emmène facilement au cœur de la ville. Un grand merci à Johanna pour son accueil si chaleureux et sa gentillesse. On a adoré notre séjour.

Дуже затишна і комфортна квартира у мальовничому передмісті Відня, у реальності виглядає навіть краще ніж на фото. Квартира достатньо велика, чудово підійде для 2-3 гостей. У спальні зручне двоспальне ліжко, постільна білизна свіжа та якісна. Кухня повністю укомплектована, є газова плита і духовка, різноманітний посуд. Є пральна машинка та інша побутова техніка. У 5-7 хвилинах ходу від будинку є продуктові магазини, випічка, господарскі товари, кафе, ресторанчики. З найближчої трамвайної зупинки за 30 хвилин можна доїхати до центру міста. Район дуже зелений і тихий. Все дуже сподобалося, прожили тиждень наче вдома!

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Guter Standort mit Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Strassenbahnhaltestelle quasi vor der Tür und ca. 5 min zu Fuss zur U-Bahn Station). Freundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und kann die Wohnung von Sylvie nur empfehlen.

Three of us stayed at this lovely and modern apartment for one night. It was very well equipped (the bathroom had really everything you need, even a professional hairdryer, not some small kind of it), nothing was missing, and was clean and cosy. However, I would recommend it for two adults only (or two adults with a child), since it's a one room apartment-as it can be perceived from pictures. Communication was clear, smooth, and really friendly. They gave us recommendations about some restaurants, too. Super easy and fast check-in/out. Walkable distance to Mariahilfer strasse and close to U-bahn. Quiet, nice and safe neighbourhood. To sum up, a positive experience!
