This is the second time we stayed at this house. Maria's house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. She is extremely responsive to all of our needs and checked in on us during our stay to see how she can help make our stay better. The house is spacious and fit our family of 9 very comfortably. The baby accessories, such as a bathtub, high chair, and crib, were very helpful. Maria is an excellent host!

The house was great, very clean and the resort overall was amazing with a nice community pool/restaurant area. They do state that the towels are limited but they could supply more than one towel per person. It’s is inconvenient to have to keep washing towels. Also, they said that house was more childproof with things such as outlet covers but they were not. Overall, I would recommend this location, it was a great stay in a beautiful, clean house but it was a little difficult with young children.

If you're looking for a tranquil and safe rental then this is the place. The unit is in a double gated community and near many restaurants, fast food, and supermarkets. The parking space can accommodate an RV and is covered for free from rain easy unload and load. The unit is well furnished with all the bells and whistles. The pool is very closed by. I highly recommend it

It was a great stay an the host was amazing. The only downside, as no fault to host, was the check in at the gate. If you have anyone even just visiting for lunch, dropping off stuff, etc, they have to be listed as a guest on the Airbnb. We had a private chef, message therapist, etc all come and it was a hassle to keep adding people every few hours. But again, not fault to host. They were extremely helpful.

Overall a great stay and a magnificent home. The location is best suited for those who are looking to relax and stay there as it is a 3-mile drive just to get to the gate. Adding that to every excursion out and about needs to be planned. There is very little close to the development so buy groceries on the way there if you need them. The home itself was outstanding and really close to the lake. It was an easy walk to the pier and the pier itself was quite a long walk. Lots of wildlife to watch from the cranes and eagles to the turtles and fish. The screened in pool was awesome and is heated for those chilly months. The whole screened in outdoor area was large and very useful. Everything else in the house was great and the welcome snacks were very thoughtful. The biggest thing was that the water was well filtered. We had relatives who stayed somewhere else in the development but could not stay overnight as the untreated water stank very strongly of sulfer. No issue at this house.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication a breeze. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and close to everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space that made it feel like a home away from home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This review is based on my interaction with the actual homeowner, Brenda. NOT THE COMPANY EVOLVE. Brenda was not notified that we were checking in. We arrived late in the evening and she woke up shocked to see our car, as soon as we explained we had reserved she was so apologetic as she hadn't prepped as she would normally do for guests - she did that prep when we were out the first day of our stay and was great to deal with. I will NEVER rent through Airbnb unless I am renting directly from the homeowner. I did send an email when we arrived with concerns and received a canned response email the next day, no phone calls - again - If you are renting from Airbnb only deal directly with the owner!!

Beautiful place as described, very peaceful we enjoyed it very much! The TV options was the only issue couldn't log on any TVs for the kids.

El alojamiento es impecable, parece a estrenar, muy limpio y ordenado, con más comodidades de las que imaginamos. Lugar muy tranquilo y con fácil acceso a parques, supermercados, shoppings y restaurantes. Vacasa Florida nos asistió con algunas dudas de forma inmediata y muy amablemente. Totalmente recomendable!!! Esperamos volver pronto!!!

Everything was great. Host was helpful and responsive. Only two downfalls for me, 10am checkout means 10am. By 10:13 they called to ask why i was not out ( i was throwing away the trash and leaving). Never experienced that before, always was given 20-30 minutes wiggle room. The beds are a little sunk. Besides that, the host is very cooperative and's the apartment is exactly as described

Nos encantó hospedarnos en este Airbnb! Maria José me ayudó a confirmar si había recibido un pedido cuando no estaba en casa, y me quedé super tranquila. El departamento es precioso, espacioso y bien decorado. La cocina completísima, hasta aceite y especias para poder cocinar. Estas a 10 minutos en auto de Disney, a 25 de Universal, y a 15 de los Oulets. En el complejo de enfrente hay un Walmart y muchas tiendas. En fin, recomendadísimo, y cuando vuelva ya se donde hospedarme!!

The location was a great value for the size and proximity. It is an older complex and not the most up to date but the space was clean, well stocked with dishes and utensils and was well located for our trip. There is a community pool accessible but we were not given the current gate code but were let in by other guests so it wasn’t an issue. There are numerous signs stating you will be towed without a parking pass but we did not have any trouble. Communication was good and check in and out were easy.
