Wir waren in der ersten Märzwoche zum wandern auf Mallorca. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern.Yadir ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse mit dem tollen Grill und schöner Aussicht. Da wir uns komplett selbst versorgt haben war uns eine komplett Ausgestattete Küche wichtig.Da war wirklich alles da was man braucht! Salz,Zucker,Öl,Essig und viele Gewürze sind bereits vorhanden. Mein Tipp:Wer in der Nebensaison kommt empfehle ich Hausschuhe mitzubringen.Der Fliesenboden ist recht kalt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!Danke für die schöne Zeit

We absolutely loved our stay, it was even more beautiful than we expected and some of the extra touches gave it a hotel feel - we would 💯 recommend it and come back again! The location too was absolutely amazing, literally minutes around the corner from the main square. Thank you Maria!!

Nos encantó el departamento, esta super bien ubicado a 1 cuadra de la playa y la zona es tranquila. El departamento tiene todo para cocinar, pensaron en todos los detalles. Primera vez que me hospedo en un lugar que tiene todo lo que un huésped puede necesitar. Nos sentimos felices ahí y muy lindo detalle que nos dejó Juan una galletas, fruta y vino para nuestra llegada. Me quedaría en esta propiedad siempre!!! Me encantó Alcudia y el departamento es fantástico. Gracias !!

Super séjour dans ce bel appartement très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Parfait pour 4 ou 5 personnes, belle terrasse pour profiter de la vue. très bons échanges avec Colin, amical et réactif. Je recommande

Great Views across the bay Quiet location short walk from restaurants Very spacious - would be very good value of money with more than 2 people well equipped kitchen 2 flights of stairs mean you need lighter suitcase than we had !! Handy washing machine for clothes Was a good location for cycling heating worked well to keep us warm in the cold weather we had whist in Majorca - we didnt use air con so cant say how well that would have worked handy electronic gate and front door access, and lock box to get in Shower good in bathroom - but it did run cold fairly quickly meaning you had to stagger having showers. we will look to stay here again

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Die Wohnung ist problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (ca 1.5h vom Flughafen Palma). Von der Bushaltestelle Port de Soller sind es dann 10-15 Minuten bis zum Apartment. Ohne Auto sollte man fit sein den kleinen Berg hochzulaufen. Der Aufstieg lohnt sich, denn der Blick vom Apartment ist gigantisch und man ist in sicherer Entfernung von dem Trubel am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist definitiv das Highlight. Zum Zentrum Port de Soller läuft man ca 15 min. Insgesamt klare Empfehlung sowie nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin!

Great apartment, as seen in the photos, Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful place. This location is ideal, an extremely pleasant stroll along the seafront into the centre of town, and beautiful swimming spot on your door step. Prestige Villas where very easy to do business with and would not hesitate to use them again.

Wer keinen Pool braucht, keinen Aufzug und keinen 24 Stunden Service, für den ist das mit das Beste was man dort bekommen kann. Wunderschöner Garten der gleich an den Strand grenzt. Das Frühstück und auch die anderen Speisen sind unglaublich lecker. Vielen herzlichen Dank an alle. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Grüße Michael

The apartment was beautiful, colorful and very clean. It had all the amenities you could wish for as well as the basic items. The host, Miriam, is the best host you can wish for. Two days before our arrival, Miriam sent me all the information we needed and handy instruction videos. She is very kind, helpful, service oriented and makes sure her guests enjoy their stay. I would certainly recommend Villa Cancun.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Alles war wirklich super, Kleine Problemproblematik mit dem Herd, der mit Gas funktioniert Die Töpfe sind ein bisschen unten angekokelt, weil anscheinend der Gasherd nicht ganz richtig ausgerichtet war Ansonsten wirklich alles makellos Schöne Außenbereich, viele Stühle, Vielleicht ein bisschen wenig Besteck und Geschirr Insgesamt aber bedingungslos zu empfehlen

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist exakt wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Highlight ist der große Balkon samt Dachterasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick auf die Berge und das Meer (Meer nur von ganz oben) Das bett ist sehr gemütlich und die Wohnung verfügt über eine top Ausstattung. Der Wasserdruck und Temperatur ist ebenfalls top. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. :) Absolute Empfehlung!

The property matched the description exactly - it was extremely comfortable, with all the cooking/cleaning/entertainment/linen & towels amenities anyone could ever require. The property is a leisurely 10 minute walk from the centre of Puerto de Pollenca, most of it along the beachfront through a paved pine-tree lined promenade. There is free parking outside the property, which can be reached easily within an hour from Palma airport. Hiring a car, however, is not imperative, as the local bus station is no more than a 15 minute walk. There is a small (if somewhat expensive) mini-market directly outside the property, with bakery included. We stayed as a couple, so the property was not cheap - but, as a family of five could be comfortably accommodated, the pricing offered is both fair and realistic. Finally, being met at the property, as we were, and 'shown the ropes', was a great bonus, and helped start our holiday on a really positive note. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Can Fressa and I can highly recommend staying here. Helga goes out of her way to make sure her guests are having a good stay, we felt like we could really just relax and enjoy our holiday here. We will definitely be back.

Vi var to familier, der havde booket et andet hus tættere på Pollenca, som vi ikke kunne være i grundet fugt. Vi tog derfor kontakt til Nicola og forhørte os om vi kunne få tidlig indtjekning hos hende i stedet. Hun svarede hurtigt og fik gjort lejligheden klar til os på få timer. Det reddede vores ferie. Lejligheden er virkelig godt placeret tæt ved stranden og i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter mv. Lejligheden var ren og pæn og havde alt, hvad vi havde brug for - endda badelegetøj, spil osv til Børnene.

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

L'appartement est idéalement situé à l'entrée de Port de Pollença, il est spacieux, la literie est bonne. Il est exposé Nord ce qui le rend frais. Nous y étions début Avril et y avons eu un peu froid au début mais dès Mai nul doute que la température y sera parfaite. Joan est un hôte très attentif, très réactif. Nous lui avions demandé d'ajouter un lit bébé ainsi qu'une chaise haute, tout était à l'appartement à notre arrivée. Enfin l'appartement est très propre et très paisible. Le jardin et la piscine sont très calmes. Nous y étions avec nos 3 enfants et nous avons été ravis. Nous recommandons

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.
