Antonia’s place is wonderful and the perfect place for discovering that part of the island while enjoying the relaxing vibe of Port de Pollença. Very spacious flat with everything you need. We loved it and can’t wait to be back Thank you!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher!), good cooking utensils and a new bathroom. 2 balconies and great pool. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend :) Only downside: the beds make a lot of noise when you turn around, waking up our baby constantly... Also chairs outside are really not comfortable.

agréable séjour chez Nathalia,le logement correspond a la description de l'annonce, proche de tout, nous avons été conseillé et bien accueilli. niveau équipements il y a tout pour passer un agréable séjour. La fontaine a eau et la machine a laver sont un plus 🙂

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

Great experience. Amazing place if you’re looking for some comfort and privacy, lots of space inside the house and mostly outside to hang out in the garden and pool area. Close enough to the city center and really strategic place to move to other sides of the island (we rent a car). We were a group of two friends rented two rooms with two bathrooms.

Wir (drei Erwachsene und ein 3 jähriges Kind)haben uns im Apartment gut gefühlt. Auf dem zweitem Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. Der wunderbare Strand gleich neben dem Hof. Alles notwendige war vorhanden in der Wohnung. Die Gegend war ruhig und die Nachbarn hinter den Wänden haben nicht sehr gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter Roger war sehr freundlich und gut. In 100 m Entfernung war unseres spanisches familiengeführtes Lieblingsrestaurant. Das ist kein luxuriöses Apartment und wird in der nächsten Zukunft einige kleine Nachbesserungen benötigten. Wir haben die relativ kleine Mängel 9 Tage lang vertragen können.

Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll um die Umgebung zu erkunden oder einfach mit den Kindern an den Strand zu gehen. Alles lief problemlos, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Finca und vorallem der Aussenbereich ist liebevoll und toll gestaltet. Die Besitzerin hat uns erlaubt die reifen Orangen und Zitronen zu ernten. Wir haben jeden Tag frisch gepressten Orangensaft getrunken. Die Finca ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Und alles was man benötigt war vorhanden.

Justos Airbnb war sauber, schön eingerichtet und man war in 2 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Gute Parkmöglichkeit vorm Haus. Von der Unterkunft aus sind viele tolle Orte auf Mallorca zu erreichen; auch viele Restaurants fußläufig! Justos war immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Waschmaschine und gute Trockenmöglichkeit im Innenhof. Jetzt im April war es abends noch ein wenig kühl im Haus.

Todo genial, pasamos una semana fantástica y nos sentimos como en casa, viajamos con dos niños de 10 años y una bebe de 1 por lo que el gran exterior y la piscina fueron perfectos. Tuvimos un par de problemas pero Thomas siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar y fue muy simpático. La casa es tal cual se describe, realmente bonita y tranquila, pero recomiendo un buen insecticida ya que hay bastantes mosquitos. Una estancia perfecta, recomiendo mucho este alojamiento 10 de 10 !! 😊

Beautiful location with stunning views. Ideally located for peace and quiet yet only a short distance from both Pollenca and Alcudia. Externally the villa was lovely with a great dining/cooking area and stylish/comfortable seating. Internally the villa is also stylishly decorated with a very comfortable lounge area perfect to relax in after a day of sightseeing and extremely comfortable beds/bedding. Everywhere was immaculately clean.

We all want to live here, that's how beautiful Ca'n Verano is. The private courtyard is such a delightful place to dine, read or play cards. The rooms are all spacious with comfy beds an actual LINEN sheets. I felt like I was playing dress up in a different tax bracket. ; ) Kitchen had everything we needed including the most overlook necessity, GOOD KNIVES. Thank you x 1,000 for good knives. The minimalist decor gives it an airy, mediterranean vibe that demands you wear linen and drink wine. These people have excellent taste and I want to be friends with them. Fornalutx is positively DREAMY. We visited in early April so it was a bit sleepy but we loved that. A few really great restaurants were open. The lemongrass soup at Moxie was a highlight. There is a little grocery store a half block away in the town square that had all the basics for breakfasts and snacks. There are also great coffee shops and bakeries just a few steps away.

Sehr schönes,sauberes Haus mit einem kleinen Innenhof und eine kleine Terrasse in der 1. Etage. 3 vollständige DZ im 1. OG. Klimaanlage und Heizungen funktionierten. Über Amazon Prime/Netlix auch deutsche Filme erhältlich. Kein Deutsches TV. Bei Nachfragen reagierte Jaqueline umgehend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Parksituation könnte in der Saison zum Problem werden. Die Straßen in der Altstadt sind sehr eng. Ein kleines Auto ist empfehlenswert.

Ralf ist ein liebenswerter, offener Mensch, der seine Gäste warmherzig und grosszügig empfängt. Alles war perfekt, und wenn wir das suchten, war Ralf gerne bereit, ein bisschen mit uns zu plaudern. Wir werden bestimmt bei Gelegenheit wieder bei ihm wohnen.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. You won’t regret reserving his place. Book it now!

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

My stay at Xavi's Airbnb was fantastic. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, with the beach within walking distance. The apartment was spotless and a pleasant place to stay. Communication with Xavi was excellent; he was always helpful and ready to assist with anything. During my stay, I developed a good rapport with him. He shared valuable tips about the area and ensured my stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pedro’s lovely apartment. It was clean, cosy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Pedro was super friendly and helpful, also gave us privacy to enjoy our stay. The area is fantastic, it felt safe and was close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops (Lidl’s very close which was handy for grocery’s) There are lots of activities in Alcúdia including boat trips and horse riding at a local, beautiful ranch.

Die Unterkunft entspricht dem Inserat. Die Lage ist super. Kurze Wege zu den Supermärkten, dem Strand und den Restaurants. Der Strand von Alcudia ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit Maxim war einfach und problemlos. Sehr gut ist auch, dass es einen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände gibt. Das einzige was ein bisschen negativ ist, dass es keine Schlüsselbox gibt. Die Wohnung ist auch ein bisschen hellhörig. Insgesamt kann man die Wohnung empfehlen.
