We had a lovely stay. Comfortable, pleasant backyard, cool kitchen, and very nice bathroom and bathtub! I appreciated the electric candles and the bath tray. Made a stressful time a little more relaxing. Thank you!

This is my second stay at the historic mansion. I wrote a glowing review on my previous stay and our current stay did not disappoint. If you are looking for a high end AirBNB this is the place. Accommodations as in our prior visit were excellent, beddings were very comfortable and the home itself is well laid out and roomy. Sue our host was kind enough to provide plenty of firewood so we could avail ourselves to the outdoor fire pit where we were able to roast marshmallows for the young ones. Sue also contacted me and advised the home was ready for check in at an earlier time making our check in much more convenient. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Yuba City.

The house is beautiful and provided exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great place for the kids to play in the Snow and full amenities. The house was great. It does have a lot of stairs and as the listing says was not child proof, kept me very active with my 1 yr old. Would go back again

This is the second time we are staying at their place..so that tells it all. We really like the location and the house. I only wish there was more snow in the region when we went couple of weeks back. We are looking back for going back in next time.

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The convenience of the shuttle picking us up right out front was fantastic. Plus, the cleanliness of the place was impressive.

Absolutely loved staying at Dave's place. We only stayed one night but it was cozy and exactly what we needed. Dave was super clear about literally everything, and easy to reach when we had a question about the heat. I would book this location again, especially for a weekend at Northstar. thanks Dave!

Great location near businesses and safe surroundings. Very pleasant space with a lot of architectural charm. Would definitely recommend especially if relying on public transit like I do.

Yes it was an amazing place to stay. We felt at home. The shower was amazing because it was a bit cold outside and after hiking all we wanted was a hot shower. Shamus did an amazing Job with checking in via the app to ask if we needed anything during our stay and it was much appreciated 😁. We never got cold during our stay whether the heater was on or not. We would definitely stay here again.

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was amazing—communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely loved it. Location along the lake was special. Walkable/ very runnable area. Very clean and cozy little spot and felt very private.

10 stars! If I could. The place and surroundings are breathtaking. The phenomenal hosts have thought of everything, and then some. Definitely would like to return soon. I’ve stayed at a many Airbnb, but this place is next level amazing. And that’s an understatement by the way.

This was my 3rd time at this cabin. I’ve stayed here solo and with family. Every time I wish I’d booked a longer stay. The cabin is well off the main road so it’s very peaceful and secluded. The house is always clean and comfortable but I spend most of my time at the pond. I’ve caught small fish but last time saw a HUGE bass! Spent hours trying to catch it with no luck, but there are definitely big fish in there. I also saw other wild life including an otter. Even being secluded, the cabin is short drive to Nevada city and Grass Valley in case you want to explore. I can’t recommend this place enough and hope to return soon.

We absolutely LOVED this place & will definitely book again. Directions were right on point. The views were amazing, mother nature surrounded us and it was so relaxing. Comfy beds & the kitchen views made cooking and spending time in the kitchen all that much more fun. We brought our cornhole set up but Henry's 49er cornhole boards were in the back! Had coffee out in the back every morning to catch the beautiful sunrise over the lake and mountains. Can't say enough great things about this place. Grazie, grazie for sharing your beautiful home with us! Until our next visit...ciao ciao

Jessica is very clear and helpful. She responds to questions relatively quickly, and the house was clean. The house rules are straightforward and easy to follow.

My wife and 3 children stayed a week at Brendan's beautiful property. We had such a great time. It was extremely well stocked with supplies and it was perfect for our family. The grounds and landscaping were SO impressive. We made smores by the pond in the evenings. We played soccer in the front yard during the afternoon. We drank coffee in the morning sun on the front deck with all the birds chirping, and then we spent the rest of the day swimming in the amazing pool and sitting in the hot tub. There is a pool house with an extra bathroom, kitchen and pool table that we didn't even use, as there was too much to do and not enough time for our family in just a week. We could have stayed a few more weeks! Brendan communicated extremely well and everything worked great. We will be back!

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.

Beautiful home with lots of natural light and views of the surrounding hills. Beds were comfortable and owners were welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Home was easy to find and perfectly located. House was a bit chilly but once we figured out the heat it was more comfortable. Whenever we had an issue RnR was very responsive. We would love to come back in the warmer months and would definitely consider staying at Lakeland Village again.
