While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

Cedar lodge is a detached modern property, located up behind the main house, nestled in a semi-walled garden with a private patio area which enjoys a southerly aspect. Bi-fold doors lead into an open plan living room with a modern fitted kitchen. A sliding door leads to a bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are heaters in the lounge and bedroom and heated towel rail in the shower room. A parking space is at the bottom of the path leading up to the property approximately 50 meters away.

It is ideally placed for exploring the area, as well as visiting nearby landmarks such as the Eden Project. The cottage is dog friendly and is equipped so that they too can enjoy their stay. The flat is a one minute walk from the main carpark where you can jump on the local town bus or a five minute walk down the the hill to the main high street!
