This furnished cottage located 1.5 km from the centre of Roxburgh is ideally located for exploring the Central Otago region. It is an open plan cottage with very comfortable living space and a large lawn to enjoy the Otago sunshine and admire the views. The cottage is located opposite the local golf course and 2km/7minutes from the Clutha Gold Cycle Trail and Roxburgh Gorge Trail. The cottage is well positioned for enjoying the many outdoor activities, sight seeing and exploring Otago valley.

Located in the centre of Alexandra close to shops, cafes and bars with views of Central Otago's unique landscape, mountains and ever changing skies. Nearby the Clutha and Manuherikia rivers offer boating, fishing, swimming and even gold panning.

Lots of indoor games, magazines and toys so its a great place to relax whatever the weather. Sheltered back lawn and BBQ. Parking outside the crib for 3 vehicles.

With a full kitchen, you can be self-sufficient or choose from several other dining options. TV, books, games, and even friendly sheep for your entertainment! This peaceful, hill top, studio room is just a 10 minute amble to the town’s parks, gardens, cafes, shops and restaurants. Private entry and driveway with undercover parking. The decor is eclectic and there are two outdoor seating options. The garden is shared. Guest access by key lock. The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.

There are endless activities just on it's doorstep including cycling, tramping, fruit picking and all that the famous Central Otago region has to offer.
