Cheryl is an amazing host. Always super quick to respond. The rental is outstanding. It’s situated on a large lot behind the main house and amongst a couple other rentals within the property but are all detached. I appreciated having my own parking space on the property although there is plenty of street parking. The unit is like a small one bedroom apartment without shared walls. It has a full kitchen and also appreciated the full washer and dryer in the unit. The space is all newly built so it’s very clean and new. I enjoyed all the windows which brought in a lot of natural light. Made the space feel even bigger. Although I didn’t enjoy the outdoor space, it seemed very serene and peaceful to use. The area is very quiet and walkable. It’s a short drive to great restaurants and stores. I highly recommend this place.

The Airbnb was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal, we could easily walk to Old Town Monrovia, which is a charming and fun area to explore. We had no complaints at all. There was plenty of street parking, the beds were comfortable, and the home was well-stocked with thoughtful extras. There was lots of coffee and everything we needed for cooking, which made it feel even more like home.

This gem in Belmont Shores was great for a quick getaway. Walkable to the beach and second street which has some of the best restaurants in LB! The backyard space was so lovely and home was extremely clean. We used the backyard space everyday and probably spent more time outside than inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer dryer was great. All you need to purchase is food at this place.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Alles war ordentlich, sauber und wie auf den Fotos zu erwarten. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und wir hatten ein sicheres Gefühl. Die Unterkunft war leicht zu finden und der Check-In einfach erklärt, die Kommunikation mit Justin lief immer super und ohne Probleme. Die Unterkunft war nett eingerichtet und wir hatten das Gefühl willkommen gewesen zu sein!

Rosie is such a forthcoming host and always prompt to respond. The house is wonderful, bright, clean, spacious, and looks better than in photos. If you’re looking for a cozy home in a safe neighborhood and not too far from downtown, look no further!

Kenia’s home was spectacular! We absolutely loved the backyard…the spa was so nice and hot, the pool very clean (too cold to swim), putt putt area was so much fun. Inside was spacious with a big TV, lots of beds (master very comfortable), fun bunk beds, and a nice culdesac where the home is located. I loved the orange and grapefruit trees as well. Kenia was gracious and friendly! My kids were SO sad to leave. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

place is clean, safe, and spacious, with plenty of essential items provided. Although I didn’t have much time to fully enjoy everything, the facilities were truly perfect. Most importantly, the host was always quick to respond, even to my many small questions. I truly appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommended!

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

My family of 4 had an excellent week renting Yen & Maria’s cabin! Cute, cozy, and had everything we needed! Close to lake/town but far enough away for peace and privacy! If you’re a Paraglider like myself, the launch is 50ft away from backyard. Location, location, location! Thank you! We hope to be back! 🪂

We had a great time at Sadies place. We brought the grandkids up for the weekend and the kids had a great time . Everything is well thought of here very kid oriented , had pack n play , high chair , toys and books too. Also had pet supplies for your pets too. I didn't bring my pet , but i will next time. Cabin has Everything you need . Jacuzzi was nice and hot, we even roasted smores on the firepit . Definitely coming back and Definitely recommend. Sadie had great communication and let us check in early and out late .

Loved our stay! Lisa was very accommodating and the home was even more charming in person. Jacuzzi was so relaxing especially with the beautiful surrounding scenery. Appreciated the fully stocked coffee bar!

We stayed at Jocelyne's place for a couple of days and truly enjoyed our stay. Her place is so clean, cute and comfy. We felt right at home. The surroundings are beautiful with pine trees and lots of nature around. The closest town is about a 10 minute drive. Lake Arrowhead is about 20 minutes or so. This is the place if you want to spend some time in nature. We will definitely come back.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home for a weekend! The view from the patio was so pretty, and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. Beds, couches, and outdoor furniture were clean, and we really appreciated the Keurig cups for coffee in the mornings :) Our two young kids had a wonderful time as well. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and would definitely stay here again!
