We had an amazing one-day stay at this beautiful 3BHK flat with a stunning river view in Aluva. The apartment was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with the serene Periyar river and coconut trees adding a calming touch to our morning coffee. The host was incredibly hospitable, ensuring that everything we needed was readily available. The caretaker Vijay was always there to help, making sure we were comfortable and addressing any needs promptly. The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment was well-equipped with Wi-Fi, a good LED TV, microwave oven and other modern facilities, making our stay comfortable and hassle-free. The property is very close to Aluva town and the experience was really nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. I would definitely love to come back again!

We booked this place to host a friend’s bridal shower, and it turned out to be the perfect choice! The property is beautifully maintained, with high-quality furniture and modern kitchen appliances that made everything feel super comfortable and convenient. The highlight for us was definitely the lawn — it’s stunning and very well-kept, making it ideal for small gatherings and celebrations. There’s also a small swimming pool that we didn’t end up using, but it looked clean and inviting. Overall, it’s a great private space to enjoy with good company, and absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend!

A Serene and Romantic Getaway We had a wonderfully peaceful stay here—it truly felt like a home away from home. Pros: 1. Waterfront Bliss: The property is right in front of a beautiful water body, offering a calming view all day long. 2. Perfect for Couples: Ideal setup for a romantic dinner or enjoying a quiet sunrise coffee by the pier—just magical. 3. Delicious Home-Cooked Breakfast: We’re still drooling over the egg curry and appam served both mornings. Truly felt like a warm, home-cooked meal. 4. Stylish & Spotless: The space was chic, thoughtfully decorated, and impeccably clean. 5. Centrally Located: Perfectly placed in the heart of all the must-visit tourist spots—easy to explore and return to rest. 6. Flexible Check-In: The host was very accommodating, making our arrival and departure smooth and stress-free. Cons: • There aren’t many dining options nearby—expect at least a 10–15 minute drive to reach restaurants. Best to plan ahead if you’re heading out for meals.

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. Incredible mountain views, very comfortable. Perhaps difficult if you have no transportation, and quite a long way from Munnar proper. But seemed anywhere in a 50km radius was ‘Munnar’
