We use all non-toxic plant based cleaning products & 'free&clear' laundry detergent to make your stay more comfortable. The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

Cozy Art Studio Guesthouse

Located in the foothills of the Olympics and set on 10 acres of pasture and forest, the Art Studio is the perfect base to launch your adventures. Bright artsy studio is near Hurricane Ridge, Lake Crescent, & hiking trails, and 10 minutes from the National Park Information Center, downtown Port Angeles restaurants and shops , and the Victoria Ferry. Due to COVID-19, we block off an additional day prior and following each guest visit and take extra care to disinfect and clean for your safety.

The Game-Night Hideaway: Poker, Movies, & Escape

Tucked in the evergreens of the Olympic Peninsula, our private 2-story guest house is your ultimate forest escape. After a day hiking mountain trails or exploring the Dungeness Spit, return to a space built for fun. Cozy up by the electric fireplace before heading to the sleeping loft or comfortable sofa bed. Near the Discovery Trail, the perfect home base for your PNW adventure.

This 1 bedroom open studio also comes with access to a beautifully crafted turf soccer field and newly constructed landscaping to pull it all together. For more than two guests, we offer an additional sleeping space in the living room area. (Please note, these are not private from one another. See pictures).

Just 3 min by car from Freshwater Bay boat launch, with the Olympic National Park, Olympic Discovery trail, and sandy beaches of Salt Creek recreation area all within 10-15 minutes away. We are not waterfront.

Carlsborg Cottage

A quiet cottage to enjoy the serenity of Sequim with a location perfect for any adventure you have in mind. Situated right off of Hi-101 it’s a short trip into downtown Sequim or even enjoy the town over, Port Angeles in only a 20 minute drive. If you prefer the scenic route take a right out of our drive way into the backroads of Sequim where you'll find a range of nature views like our personal favorites "Cline Spit" or the "Voice of America".

HotTub, Bonfire Pit, Yard, and your own FRESH EGGS

Brand new Hot Tub, and your very own PRIVATE bon fire, WOOD PROVIDED! All the comforts of home, and IMMACULATELY cleaned between each guest. Large yard, Bonfire pit, pool table, WiFi, and FRESH EGGS from our own hens is a guarantee:) The Discovery Trail with all its hidden gems is literally a stones throw away, and the rest of the Olympic National Park including Hurricane Ridge is SUPER close as well, and well worth it.
