We will collect the local hotel tax, which is 9% of the room rate. STR # 009758. Airbnb collects the state occupancy tax.

There’s a community pool and a boardwalk to allow walking access to the beach. Our home is about an 8 - 10 minute walk to the beach. Due to hurricane Harvey in late 2017 our home was totally rebuilt and many updates went into it. It’s absolutely gorgeous and we’re so excited to share it with you and hope you make beautiful memories here!
