This is one of the cutest beach houses on the block. It’s a very short walk to the pier with lots of dining options. The house itself has all the modern amenities like wifi, tv’s in each room and a full kitchen. It’s very cozy with two bedrooms and an open living room. The one bathroom could be coordinated without incident. Highly recommended as the neighborhood is relatively quiet and offers a front deck when relaxing at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vincent’s beach house. The beach is literally a few steps outside the front door. All the bedrooms and the livingroom have decks with a nice view of the beach. We stayed during Spring Break. The beach is private access so it was peaceful and was not crowded. The kids loved the hideaway spot at the top floor and made it their own little space. This place has a lot of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a huge refrigerator. I would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our bird watching group. Centrally located to many birding hotspots and we could scope from the balcony! The house was wonderfully clean. I was able to walk around barefoot without that horrible sticky sensation you often find. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basics. The center island was a great gathering spot for all of us, but we could still find privacy throughout. Great house, great views!

This house is perfect! Great location... beachfront and only 5 minutes to downtown and all the best restaurants and bars. The large deck and patio furniture is perfect for enjoying the view and hanging out. This is a prefect house for our group of 9 people. The firepit and hot tub were just icing on the cake. I would definitely stay here again.

We rented this house for my daughter’s birthday and had the best time! They’ll house was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. The location on the beach made for a memorable weekend. Tammy was a fabulous host who was very responsive. We can’t wait to book another trip!

House is in a great location right on the beach with easy access to and from. Being able to sit out on the deck and listen to the ocean was very peaceful!

The most amazing house in Galveston! One of the few that is located right at the doorstep of the beach! Very clean home, amazing location.

We had a very enjoyable 4 days in Taras beautiful home. Tara did a tremendous job she thought of everything that a family would need including the above ground pool/toys /beach. Very clean and relaxing. We felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely go back.

Great stay for families with kids and teenagers. Lots to do and close to the beach and Pleasure Pier. Lots of common space to hang out and socialize.

We had 75 degree weather and rain for 5 days straight in July. Who would have thought?! Having the hot tub and fire pit really saved the trip for us. We did make it down to the beach each day for a couple hours but it was rainy and cool so we came back and warmed up in the hot tub. House was very clean and had a great selection of beach toys to borrow. Terrible mosquitos, but I think thats normal for the area and the amount of rain. Overall we had a nice time and would return. My family enjoyed our stay at the beach house this week for spring break. We eagerly anticipate our next visit. Molly provided exceptional assistance and responded to my numerous inquiries in a timely manner.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend getaway at the Flip-Flop Inn! We felt comfortable and right at home. Everything was perfect. Kelly was so attentive and replied in a timely manner! We had no issues! The back deck was amazing! The adults and children loved it. Also loved that Kelly had towels available for us to use. My family and I are looking forward to staying at the Flip-Flop Inn in the future!

We had a fantastic stay. The pool was great to have and was very private from any neighbors. The home has a lot of great dining options nearby which we enjoyed. The house was beautiful and was a great place for a family vacation.

The place was absolutely beautiful and very clean . Communication with Tyler was easy even at night when we had trouble turning on the fire pit . I will definitely book again in the future.

The Beach house was the perfect place to relax and refresh after the Christmas Holidays! The living spaces and beds are comfortable and the views of the lake and beach are peaceful. The kitchen and grill were well equipped to prepare all our meals! The house is a short walk to the beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. The neighborhood is quiet. We will definitely return to enjoy another stay on Bolivar!

Great place. Tammy always responded when we needed it. They had information binders of things to do which were great for those of us who had never been to Galveston. Our only negative was the dishes and tray tables were dirty and sticky. Overall, I’d stay here every time.

The house is gorgeous and it has the most amazing views. Sunrise from the master bedroom windows was the highlight of each morning. The owners were helpful and very responsive - we had one or two small issues at checkin that they handled immediately. We loved the closet of board games! The area is quiet and there is only one grocery store but it had everything we needed. We didn’t go to any local restaurants. A few things to consider: the listing says 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This is true but one bedroom and bathroom is in an apartment downstairs so it wouldn’t be good for kids. It is a longer walk than it appears to the beach. It was fine for me and the kids but would’ve been way too far for someone with mobility challenges. The kitchen wasn’t as stocked as I had hoped (no real glass wine glasses, only plastic, not a lot of silverware, short supply of spatulas etc). Finally, there were no amenities for the beach, no buckets or shovels, no beach towels, so pack your own.

The house was extremely beautiful. Great location. Clean & felt like a well deserved vacation.

We had a fabulous time at the Dunes! We’ve been to several AirBnB’s across the country, and our whole family really enjoyed this one. It was easy, fun, convenient, and right on the water! The hot tub and amenities were top notch. Hosts were responsive, kind and helpful. Sleeping was comfortable. The beach access is a differentiator! Incredible being able to walk right out to your own beach. We would come back!

Place was beautiful. View is amazing and the spa was great. Has everything you need with extra. Very well stocked.
