We had a fantastic stay at Miquels house for a week of cycling. The house is exactly as described - very spacious, very well equiped and right in the heart of Sa Pobla. Only few meters walking from many cafes and restaurants, but still in a quiet side street. Miquel was always friendly, responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay and can recommend the house.

Dankjewel voor jullie bezorgdheid bij aankomst en om de accomodatie zo verzorgd aan te bieden. We voelden ons zowel in het huis als in de tuin erg op ons gemak. Het huis had de nodige voorzieningen. Op voorhand vonden we het jammer dat het verblijf nog maar een week ter beschikking was. Achteraf gezien hebben we zeker spijt. De ligging, het uitzicht, de rust, privéparkeerplaats, alles kort bij …. waren een grote meerwaarde voor ons. Ook goede uitvalsbasis voor fietstoerisme hebben we gemerkt. Ein schön gelegenes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung – perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein (mehr Gläser, Schneidebretter, Auflaufformen wären hilfreich). Die Möbel auf der Dachterrasse sind leider beschädigt, aber ansonsten ist das Haus sehr gemütlich und gut eingerichtet. Besonders positiv war der schnelle und freundliche Kontakt zur Vermietung. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt!

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus von Toni verbracht. Alles war sehr gut vorbereitet und die Obstschale zur Begrüßung war super lecker. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und gleichzeitig ist Port de Pollenca oder Pollenca in 5min mit dem Rad oder Auto zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😃

This was our 2nd stay at Corinna's. We loved it so much the first time that it was the obvious home-base for our 2nd Mallorca cycling trip. Selva itself is very special - beautiful, peaceful, and great restaurants. And Corinna's place is the perfect place to stay. It's a beautiful building, with lovely outdoor spaces to hang out, a well-furnished and spacious kitchen, and great bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. I had my bests sleeps of 2024 in the master bedroom! Corinna is very helpful and friendly, and responds quickly if you need help with anything. Highly highly recommended!

This was our second visit to Pollenca to enjoy a week’s cycle training and good weather. The house is in a fantastic location to enjoy the amenities of the town and get access to the mountains and coastline. The house was great for us with large, spotlessly clean bedrooms and comfortable spaces to eat and relax at the end of a day.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dès notre arrivée. Astrid nous a donné pleins de conseils sur la ville et les modes de fonctionnement, les idées de restaurants et de visites (marché de Pollença…), les points de vigilance à avoir… Nous avons eu à disposition à notre arrivée à l’appartement une bouteille d’eau, de lait , du thé… et Astrid nous a prêté un parasol (très utile avec cette chaleur) et un grand paréo. Astrid a toujours été très réactive à nos demandes et nos interrogations. Les échanges ont toujours été très bienveillants, amicaux et sincères. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour. Peut-être à une prochaine fois si nous repassons sur l’île de Majorque.

Wir wurden von der Besitzerin Maria mit spanischen Leckereien empfangen und sehr nett in das Appartment im siebten Stockwerk (es gibt einen Aufzug) eingewiesen. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür! Der Blick über die Bucht ist phantastisch. Auf der großen Terrasse hat man auch ohne Schirm oder Markise zu jeder Tageszeit schattige Bereiche. Bei schlechterem Wetter (kurzer heftiger Schauer) ist der Aufenthalt im Inneren auch sehr angenehm, weil geräumig. Das Appartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, selbst Strandtücher, Strandsonnenschirme, Strandstühle und Strandspielzeug sind vorhanden. Abends wird in einem Restaurant nebenan von 21/22 - 24 Uhr Livemusik gemacht. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern kann man aber gut schlafen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem Appartment sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen.

Appartement très confortable à deux pas de la plage. Nous y avons passé une nuit, c'était une étape agréable. Emanuela est très réactive et arrangeante.

Die Wohnung war exakt so, wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen. Man erreichte den Ort sehr einfach mit dem Auto vom Flughafen Palma (ca 45 min) und der "eigene" Parkplatz im Innenhof des Appartmentkomplexes war äußerst bequem, obwohl man in der Gegend leicht Parkplätze gefunden hätte. Von Alcúdia aus haben wir die gesamte Insel mittels Auto erkundet - die Lage und die Höhe zur Autobahn und den Schnellstraßen war hierfür sehr praktisch. Der Strand ist wirklich nur wenige Gehminuten (<5) vom Appartement entfernt - wer also gerne schnell und oft zum Strand möchte, ist hier gut bedient.

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Wir waren zu viert eine Woche im Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Paula war immer zu erreichen und hat uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden. Die Lage ist super um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und für uns war es ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt. Strand und auch Restaurants sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, auch mit Kleinkind. Die Straße vorm Haus ist nicht stark befahrbar und stört überhaupt nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Byt je prostorný, skvěle vybavený, ideální pro rodiny s dětmi. Vše bylo čisté, uklizené. Dostatek ručníků pro všechny hosty a dokonce i ručníky na pláž! Pro děti hračky na pláž, také slunečník a lehátka. Klidná lokalita blízko pláže, zároveň pár minut na ulici plnou obchodů, barů a restaurací. Bel okamžitě reaguje na zprávy. Určitě se vrátíme!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen Lage mit sehr netten Nachbarn Der Ausbilck vom Balkon ist unfassbar schön - perfekt zum frühstücken. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist stilvoll eingerichtet und entspricht den Fotos sowie den Beschreibungen. Zudem hat es eine tolle Lage, nur wenige 100 m vom Strand, Restaurants, Supermärkten und Geschäften entfernt. Maxim und Akim sind sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich begrüßt sowie sich viel Zeit genommen uns alles in Ruhe zu erklären. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes waren sie jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Danke für alles - wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Xisco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, immer kurzfristig erreichbar und hilft wo er kann. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, und alles war sehr sauber. Sie war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht (genügend Handtücher, mehrere Rollen Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Waschpulver, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc.). Da über die Satellitenanlage kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm zu empfangen war, hat Xisco auf unsere Anfrage hin extra ein Chromecast-Gerät für die Wohnung neu gekauft. Hiermit konnten wir dann deutsches Programm streamen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und ist nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Zum Supermarkt sind es fußläufig auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Der Balkon ist größer als es das Foto vermuten lässt liegt aber tagsüber nur um Schatten. Im heißen Sommer dürfte dies aber von Vorteil sein.... Vielen Dank Xisco

The appartment is a wonderful getaway for families. Very spacious, clean and with wonderful views of the Tramontana mountais. Location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood yet very short walk to the beach, promanade and restaurants. Great and very timely communication with the host. We very much appreciated and enjoyed a little welcome gift.
