This is a newly renovated home in a two-unit house in Port Ewen, 5 min to historic Kingston. We have carefully planned and renovated this home with a work/leisure lifestyle in mind. The space is designed for an individual, a couple, close friends, or a small young family. There are swimming places and parks walking distance as well as amazing coffee, shopping, art, attractions, events, etc. Note that this place has noise from traffic on the main road (ear buds and white noise machine provided).

Unique custom built new home constructed purposefully for Airbnb quests. This house offers a distinctive design with a large loft bedroom and a fully tiled bathroom. The loft overlooks the downstairs living area which has an open living room, dinning area, and kitchen. The second bedroom and bath are located on the first floor. Granite, slate, and soapstone accentuate the countertops, vanities, and floors. You will also see plenty of natural pine, hickory, and local cedar throughout the house.

Escape to charming Kingston, NY and stay in the garden apartment of our historic brick home built in 1880. The womb like studio has heated clay floors and a floating cabin bedroom that will envelop and soothe. The private backyard with stonescaping and fire pit is yours alone to enjoy. Walk down the waterfront promenade to the Strand district with shops, restaurants, and museums, or drive to the surrounding swimming holes and nature trails of Woodstock, Rosendale, High Falls, and Saugerties.
