Had a great day at this place! The check-in directions were easy, the place is clean and modern in the king size bed is really comfortable! Can’t wait to return. If you need a place to stay long or short term, this is the place!

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and organized. If I had to be nit picky about something, I wish there were bigger bowls to eat out of in the kitchen and more trash bags. Besides that, Rajvir was a great host and very responsive. You have access to the gym and pool during your stay and I felt very safe in the gated community.

I had a truly beautiful stay at The Malibu Oasis. It’s peaceful, thoughtfully put together, and you can feel the love and care that’s gone into creating it. It was exactly the kind of quiet and restorative getaway I needed. On my last day, I unfortunately got a bad case of food poisoning (totally unrelated to the property!), and the housekeeper, Lorena, showed me such kindness by allowing a little extra time to rest before heading out. I’m really grateful for that compassion and for the beautiful environment that made it a little easier to recover. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful escape, and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future!

This was our second time staying here and once again, we’re giving it 5 out of 5 stars! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The host is one of the kindest and most accommodating we’ve ever encountered—friendly, responsive, and attentive to every detail. The space was spotless, and we could tell the carpets had just been cleaned. It smelled fresh and felt truly inviting. We had requested a microwave before our stay, and it was ready for us upon arrival—such great hospitality. The bed was super comfortable, the area was peaceful and quiet, and the location is perfect—just a 10-minute drive to Malibu. Everything is nearby and convenient. It’s an amazing value for the price. Only a couple of minor cons: the couch is quite old and could use replacing, and being in a nature-heavy area, your car may get dirty from nearby trees—but neither of those would stop us from coming back. Great apartment for business travelers and the like. Excellent location near Camarillo's downtown district. Very peaceful community and immediate access to freeway. Plenty of good restaurant options all nearby (Adolfo Grill, Lure Fish House, Toppers). Rajvir was very easy to reach (and rescued me from leaving a load of laundry and my phone charger behind, thank you Rajvir!). I'll stay again on my next business trip.

We have stayed in this location more than once. A lovely unit - great location. Great host, easy check-in, check-out. Quiet, peaceful, a truly neighborhood feel, but a short trip to great dining, shopping and anything one might need. The unit is just lovely, and easy. Can't say enough good about the unit, the area, and the host. We look forward to staying "away from home" when we get to stay here.

Lovely home in a very nice area.

We enjoyed our stay and could relax and unwind near the Ocean. The beach was extremely close and though cold and rainy, we could go on daily walks in the sand on a very quiet, almost private, beach. It felt secluded and peaceful. Nice to enjoy the hot tub when we got back!

Joel was an exceptional host. He communicated proactively and quickly, allowed for an early check-in and went over and above to make us feel comfortable in his home. From the generous pastries and bread, to heating the pool up extra high with the weather, to allowing us to trim some fruit off of the gorgeous citrus trees in his garden - he made his space our space for the short time we were there. The guest rooms feel very private and removed from the rest of the home. While there were shared spaces, Joel gave us a lot of freedom to make ourselves comfortable in his home. The garden is truly tranquil and nearby Ojai is one of the best towns I know. Thank you to Joel for making our stay a great one!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Some of the things that make this place top on my list, each bedroom has it's own bathroom. Each floor has a bedroom and it's not easy to hear commotion from a different floor which was a plus for us since my daughter took her babies and the rest of us were not awakened by crying. The third floor has a bedroom and bathroom that is very spacious and beautiful. The place was extremely clean, beds were comfortable. I am a germophobe and felt comfortable enough to cook here, which I rarely do. Furniture seems brand new and well taken care of. There is a driveway with parking for two cars. Matthew responded in a timely manner to my questions. It was a very nice and comfortable stay!

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

Todd, thank you very much for allowing us to stay at your Farmhouse. It was very relaxing, peaceful and fun place to enjoy. You are always a Great Host, and we appreciate your flexibility and responsiveness to us every time. You allow for a very nice experience overall.

Larissa’s place was awesome. Nice secluded location that is not far from the coast. The two separate bedrooms along with the sofa bed worked out well! Kitchen was well stocked with stuff if you want to cook. Everything was extremely clean. Check in and out were a breeze with easy to follow instructions.
