Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Our condo has high ceilings and plenty of room. It is an upper unit condo so please keep in mind that there are two sets of stairs. It is walking distance to several of SPI's best restaurants, Marlin Grocery Store and lots of family-friendly activities. You'll enjoy a great view of the fireworks. Our condo comes with a DESIGNATED BOAT SLIP, lighted fishing pier, swimming pool & designated parking space. Back deck has a BBQ and sunset view. Good for couples, solo adventurers and families.

This apartment is connected to our home and hosts live on premises, but it has its own private entrance.
