Steven was the ultimate host. Condo was everything he said it was. Very clean. Steven was very responsive to questions and answered quickly. Will definitely look him up again the next time we are visiting Hilton Head.

We love boating to Beaufort and this place made our stay even better. We had easy access to our boat, a full kitchen for preparing food for the boat and the beds were comfortable after being on the water all day for a good nights rest. We look forward to coming again and hope this place is available during our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Beach is literally right there with a super easy walk. Loved having access to the wagon and chairs, which made traveling so much light and easier for us. Our 18 year old girls loved the upstairs area with their own balcony and my husband I enjoyed our comfy room. Bed was soooo comfortable. Great having a kitchen to cook breakfast and store leftovers. Having access to laundry was a nice bonus too. Will certainly stay here again. Host was very friendly and was quick at responding. Overall great trip. Thank you for the beautiful home away from home. Our puppy had a great time too. 🥰

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

We had a great time. It was really good to be able to walk to so many great local restaurants on the waterfront. A short drive had us on the beach within about 35 minutes. Thanks for the amenities.

This is a perfect middle ground between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island! Not far from restaurants and shopping. We would have liked more cooking utensils and frying pan options, but made it work with what was available! Neighbors were friendly and play golf with their dog! Owner was very friendly, on top of any needs or requests!

Very clean, comfortable condo in the market area of Habersham with several nearby restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay and would gladly book again.

Perfect location for exploring Beaufort and the Sea Islands. The park pass was wonderful for visiting Hunting Island. Even though this place was in a neighborhood, close to other houses, it was quiet, walkable, and has a beautiful green space. We really enjoyed the front porch. The kitchen had what we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the house was clean. We would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful and relaxing. We had everything we needed. The bird nature walk is nearby. We enjoyed visiting with the local people on our walks around town and in the restaurants. Tetia was great to work with and very helpful. We are hoping to stay there again when we come back in late summer.

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

The home was perfect for us , clean . The beds were so comfy !! The host was so helpful. The location is literally minutes from Parris Island Marine Depot which was the reason we came . my grandsons graduation , so accommodations and location was absolutely perfect. I would use Bill again. Perfect host.

Really enjoyed our stay. I sure would stay here again if available. Walking distance to the store, restaurants. Also very convenient to Tybee and Savannah. Great location for sure. Would highly recommend

This place was awesome! HHI was a great place and this condo is a very easy walk to the beach and ride to everything you would want to do. It was perfect for a quick getaway!

Great spot, about as close to the sand as you can get on HHI. View of ocean from the balcony and bedroom. Pool, bike rentals, beach bar / lunch spot, and dinner/bar spot all easily walkable within the complex. The space was clean and comfy, perfect for relaxing and watching tv after a nice beach day.

I enjoyed my 5 day stay. It was clean and had everything I needed. The walk to beach and pool area was an easy walk not too far. I do think the mattress could use an update and be more comfortable. But overall, it was great place.

We had a great time staying at Kacie’s condo. The location was great and she was so quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely recommend!

Steve was so easy to work with and made everything super simple. The decor was beautiful and the views were even better.

Chrys and David's place is the perfect location! We rented bikes and road to almost anywhere we wanted to go! Most places were very walkable, we just enjoy the great bike accessibility of Hilton Head! We would definitely stay here again!

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.
