Additionally, the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience. I am from Kennett, and just needed a nostalgic refresher of my roots, and boy did this hidden treasure pay off. I had a weeklong stay of peace and quiet, and a lovely revisiting of that rejuvenating flatland: a trip across an ocean of memory. Carolyn, and her trusty canine cohorts, Enoch and Chuck, provided me with a list of eateries, that were utterly delightful. She also answered within minutes, to any question I had.
